Well-appointed cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities located close to the child-friendly Bratten Beach. The cottage's pool section contains a large swimming pool, large whirlpool and sauna with room for 4 people. The swimming pool is 15 m & # 178; and with a slide for the kids as well as a kids pool. There are air / water heat pumps, which ensure minimal heating costs in the pool department. The house is furnished with good furniture both inside and out. There are three good bedrooms and an open kitchen / family room in connection with the living room with wood stove for the cold times. The house is equipped with Smart TV and PlayStation3. The house's large terrace invites you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun, the silence and nature in beautiful surroundings. There are lots of activities on the grounds such as basketball hoop, soccer goal, swings and sandpit. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Nicht in den Herbst-, Wintermonaten anreisen

Das Haus war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Lampen flackerten und fielen aus ihren Fassungen, besonders im Pool-Bereich. Die Fenster waren sehr marode und hatten von außen große Löcher, sodass wir das Haus sehr schwer warm bekamen. In den Herbst-, Wintermonaten sollte das Haus gar nicht zur Vermietung stehen. Als wir ankamen, war das Haus bitterkalt, mein Mann musste extra nochmal rausfahren um Brennholz zu kaufen, da keines vorhanden war und die Elektroheizung die Kälte nicht aufgewärmt bekam. Wir saßen mit 2 Jacken und Decken im Wohnbereich, bis der Wohnbereich irgendwann etwas wärmer wurde. Das zog sich auch die ganzen 2 Wochen hin. Morgens hatten wir gerade mal 17°C und mussten den Ofen sofort anfeuern. Leider wurde auch nur der Wohnbereich etwas wärmer und die Schlafzimmer blieben kalt. Außerdem war das Haus auch nicht wirklich gut gereinigt worden. Bei Ankunft fanden wir im Bad noch benutzte Hygieneartikel, im Pool-Bereich ein altes Haargummi und im Wohnbereich eine alte, vergessene Socke. Die Fenster im Elternschlafzimmer hatten dazu noch Schimmel an den Holzleisten. Wir haben keine Endreinigung gebucht, mussten aber Staubsaugerbeutel kaufen, da der Staubsauger schon zum bersten voll war und nicht mehr gesaugt hat. Außerdem waren als Reinigungsmittel nur Spülmittel und Fettreiniger vor Ort. Kein Toilettenreiniger oder Bodenreiniger. Das haben wir in anderen dänischen Ferienhäusern auch schon anders erlebt. Um das Haus herum lag bei Ankunft dazu auch noch viel
