La Casa dell'Eroico Vino Exclusive Terrace has a unique location: the only one with a large terrace in Vernazza overlooking its lively main square and facing the sea.

The apartment belongs to a family that runs an amazing vineyard over Vernazza and produces a great loacl Wine, Eroico. Hence the name given to the apartment. Guided visits to the vineyard are offered to the guests of thei property in special package. The Apartment

The place has main entrance from the village famous main square, next to Restaurant & Pizzeria Vulnetia. It is located on a fourth floor, without elevator.

The apartment offers a double bedroom with window opening on the terrace, a large open space with sitting area with sofa bed (small double 140 cm wide) and kitchen corner (with dishwasher). The bathroom with shower is equipped with washing machine.

The large terrace is the distinctive trait of theis property, the only one in the village overlooking the lively main square and facing the beach, South oriented.

Furnishing is simple but comfortable.

There's no AC, but fans are provided. Wifi available.

Good to know

It's a fourth floor apartment, so consider this on choosing it, but the efforts of facing steps will be for sure repaid by the unique view from the terrace.

The Best in Vernazza

We loved our stay and wished it could have been longer. The apartment had everything that was promised and met our needs to a T. The location and the view are unmatched. Vernazza can be busy during the daytime when the trains and boats are bringing hoards of people to town. We simply got a bottle of wine and some snacks and enjoyed the sun on the beautiful terrace, looking down at the crowds filling the square. Then we moved to the lounge chairs for a bit of sun. Toward the end of the afternoon and into the evening we could enjoy the restaurants, cafes and the beach; right at our doorstep. Let's face it, this place is expensive, but it is comfortable, the view is tremendous and you can be right in the middle of the action, or chill out four floors above it. It is worth it. Great place!

A lovely oven

A magical place with a sensational deck… that has no AC. It was so hot, even with a fan, it was uninhabitable in the afternoon. It was a sweat box. Host was great.
