Located in the historic centre of Vernazza, just a few metres from Piazza Marconi, the harbour and the beach, Petrella’s Point Studio is a cosy retreat, perfect for experiencing the Cinque Terre with complete freedom.
With direct ground-floor access and its proximity to the sea, the studio recalls a private beach cabin: step outside and you are immediately on the sand, return easily for a refreshing shower and head out again for a seaside dinner or a scenic hike.
The studio features
Ground-floor open-plan space with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave and Nespresso machine), living area with double sofa bed and Smart TV
Wooden mezzanine with a comfortable double bed, intimate and welcoming
Private bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and continuous hot water system
Comfort & amenities
Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (available from March 2025) and no external stairs, making the studio suitable also for guests with reduced mobility or families.
