A nagy, árnyékos, hintaágyas teraszról csodálatos a kilátás a tengerre, az apartman tágas, kényelmes, a tenger közvetlenül mellette van. A parkoló megközelítése szélesebb autóval kihívás egy teherautós szomszéd miatt.
