LUXURY VILLA RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

"Villa Anka" with the best location in the entire area is perfect place for romantic holiday or a great family vacation.
The villa is made of 3 modern appointed apartments name Ivona, Jan & Ivan.

IN APRIL 2019, WE ARE OPENING A BRAND-NEW SWIMMING POOL (8 x 4 metres).
The pool is private, and only guests from JAN, IVONA & IVAN Apartments will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt.
Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt.

There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.

Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many caffes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and run to Trogir and Split.

In the Mediterranean ambient Villa Anka is only 2 km from the old town of Trogir (cover by UNESCO), with its intact historical and cultural values and an attractive present, in the very heart of the Adriatic amid lush Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying the luxury of peaceful nature and enchanting old town. Trogir is one of the oldest and most exciting cities on the Croatian side of Adriatic coast.

We can organize for you different excursions to the nearby towns, national parks and islands and give you all information.

We also can organize for you taxi from the airport to the Villa Anka.

Ap. JAN is two bedrooms apartment ( cca 60 m2) included huge terrace (20 m2), with sea view from every room. The apartments has large terrace overlooking the sea, garden furniture and sun loungers, two bedrooms with absolutely sea view, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, air conditioning, free internet access, SAT LCD TV, separate entrance, using grill in garden, heated swiming pool, private parking lot.
You will be welcome in the Villa by owner or housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay.

How to get there:

By plane: Split International Airport is only 7 kilometers away. We can organize for you a taxi from the airport to the villa.

Zadar international airport is 120 km away (one and half hour drive). Also we can organize for you a taxi from Zadar airport to the villa.

By boat or by train to Split: the Split bus terminal is right next to the train station and they re both conveniently located in the harbour. There are buses from Split to Trogir approximately every hour. Also we can organize for you a taxi from Split port to the villa.

By car: If you re driving on the motorway from the direction of Zadar and Sibenik (from the North or the West), after you pass Sibenik take exit Prgomet, folow table Trogir and Seget Donji. When you see the sign Seget Donji 1 kilometer and after you are on littlee crossroads then go right and after around 500 meters you will see on the sea side Kamp Seget, Hotle Bavaria and first little entrance to the sea is Villa Anka. Our Villa is right by the sea.

Perfect for a relaxed family holiday

Overall the apartment was superb, the views from the balcony especially. The pool is new and was fantastic with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. A brilliant base for exploring the wider area and also for just chilling!

Alleine die Aussicht und der Blick auf das Meer mit den vielen Booten und Segelschiffen ist grandios und verleitet das Frühstück auf der Terasse in die Länge zu ziehen. Das Apartment ist absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Campingplatz mit einem Geschäft und frischem Obst. Fünf Meter vom Apartment entfernt befindet sich die Anlegestelle fürs Taxiboot, das im 20 minütigen Takt bis 23:00 nach Trogir fährt. Aber auch am Strand befinden sich sehr schöne und gute Restaurants. Direkt vom Apartment aus können unzählige Ausflüge gebucht werden. Der Pool bietet nicht nur eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Meer, sondern auch komfortable Liegen und große Sonnenschirme. Und dann wäre noch die abendliche Aussicht vom Balkon. ... ein Traum

direkt am Wasser, geniale Terrasse, fast wie auf einem Boot

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, die Terrasse ein Traum und im Garten hatten wir zusätzlich sehr viel Platz für unsere Fahrräder, Boote, Surfbretter, Poolnudeln, Luftmatratzen & co. Ivona und Ana haben sich wunderbar gekümmert und uns sofort geholfen, wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten. Der Wäscheservice war auch toll und unkompliziert. Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern (8, 10 und 12 Jahre) zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in der Villa Anka und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Ein paar mehr Haken (z.B. im Flur) und die Reparatur der Kommode im Schlafzimmer (die Schubladen sind nicht nutzbar, weil sie auseinander fallen) wären unsere einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge.

The apartment was good and had everything you could need,the only down side was we were a bit early in the season and some of the bars and restaurants were not open and the taxi boat that is usually outside the apartment was not running as it was too early in the season.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr gute Verbindung mit dem Taxiboot nach Trogi, hält 30 m hinter dem Haus. Boot kann an der Boje hinterm Haus festgemacht werden. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Super Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer.

Wir haben uns in der schönen und modernen Wohnung "Ivona" sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Am besten ist der Blick vom Balkon, einfach fantastisch!!! Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und den Ausblick und die Ruhe genossen. Im Garten gibt es einen Mandarinenbaum, wo wir uns bedienen konnten, einfach lecker frisch vom Baum. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Anita empfangen und haben ausführliche Informationen bekommen, welche Städte und Orte sehenswert sind und auch tolle Restaurantempfehlungen, obwohl wir ca 1,5 h zu spät kamen und es schon fast 23 Uhr war. Einige Emphelungen standen nicht im Reiseführer und waren toll, z:B. das Restaurant in Stobrec oder die Orte Kastela. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch toll, ganz in der Nähe zu Trogir, eine schöne, kleine Stadt. Mit dem Auto kann man gut die Wasserfälle in Krka, unbedingt empfehlenswert, Split, Sibenik, Zadar... erreichen. In der Nähe ist gleich ein Bäcker und viele Supermärkte. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ganz herzlichen Dank!!!

Fantastic apartments, great location

Just returned from 2 weeks in Villa Anka staying in Jan for the first week (spacious and bright with excellent views) and Ivona for the second week (lovely large balcony ideal for eating and relaxing). Both apartments exceeded our expectations with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis. Nice not to have to drive although we did get a taxi to go white water rafting and visit Krka national park (VERY busy). Frankie's and Rico restaurants both serve excellent fresh fish and are within 5 minutes walk and this really is the perfect place to relax. Did however have an excellent day on a speedboat visiting Hvar and several of the other islands for swimming , snorkelling and tubing which was a fantastic day out (used Tamaris charter who were very good). First time in Croatia but lovely country, great food and highly recommend these apartments.

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung "IVAN" liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine sehr große Terrasse mit schöner Lounge-Ecke . Eigentlich könnte man hier den ganzen Tag verbringen und die geniale Aussicht geniessen. Aber es gibt viel in der Umgebung zu erkunden ( Trogir, Ciovo, Seget mit moderner Marina, Split, Primosten, Krka, umliegende Dörfer....) Per Wassertaxi nach Trogir ist sehr schön. Der kl. Strand unmittelbar vor dem Haus. ca. 5 m vom Grundstück entfernt lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein, oder man gehlt ein paar Meter nach links oder rechts zu größeren Buchten- einfach traumhaft. Das Wasser ist glasklar.Fußläufig ist die Konoba Rico- unser Favorit, oder Frankies erreichbar, wo man für verhältnismäßig wenig Geld gutes Essen bekommt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird, relativ neu und sauber. In der Nähe ( 10 min mit PKW) gibt es sogar einen Lidl-Markt und Kaufland. Fußläufig gibt eine Bäckerei und zwei kleinere Supermärkte. Sehr erholsame Gegend ohne Lärm/Disko o.ä. - einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The apartement Ivona and Jan is amazing :)

We have spend our holiday at Ivan and Jan for the 3`th year at Seget Donji, Trogir. The first time in 2013. We was two family's who lived at Jan and Ivan. We lived at Ivans apartement, with our two children 16 and 18 years old. It's a lovely place to stay and the apartement was very clean and have a washingmachin, dishwashingmachin and Tv. It is a very nice and guiet place to stay. The balcony has a big space, as the picture are showing, so we spent many hours out there. The other family lived and Jan. They was very satisfied. When you live at Villa Anka it is very easy to go the big beach Medena, around 10-15minuntes, or you can take the taxiboat. We have also our own little beach with sunchears at Villa Anka. Our children and we love this place. We can take the boat to Trogir takes about 10.minutes and you paid 20 kunas. Trogir its a beautiful old City. When you stay at Villa Anka, there are no cars, just a walking street promenade. The owner and her housekeeper Anita did everthing we ask for. She is the most friendly lady we ever meet :) We was there in 2014 with my father 86 year and our oldest soon 26. They also loved the apartement and the place. My father spend the day at the balcony and enjoy the view of the sea and relaxed every day . it's many restaurants at the whole promenade.. This year 2015 it was only my husband and I. We stay at Ivans apartement for 4 days and 6 days days at Jan. Jan is also a nice apartement with a lovely view. You can see all the boats and all the way to Trogir and the big isand Ciouvo. I recomand this apartements with all of my heart. We will be back as!! Best regards from Family Johnsen from Norway.

NIce apartment in perfect spot

We spent a week in apartment Jan and we are very satisfied with our stay. The apartments are located in a quiet spot with easy access to beach, Trogir and restaurants. The friendliness and help from the both the Anita and the owner Ivona and her family was heartwarming. We spent wonderful late summer week in Villa Anka

We stayed in the ground floor apartement. The villa has a nice view, beach and water-taxi stop to Trogir is very close, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a stone grill for preparing the fish from the market and especially the housekeeper Amita is very helpful and friendly. We'd recommanding the Villa Anka to everyone.

Perfect family break!

After a short transfer from the airport, we were greeted by Anita who was incredibly friendly and showed us around the property, offering tips on where to eat and visit during our stay. She had made sure we had extra cots and high chairs for our daughters and even leant us some toys for them to play with. The views from the balcony are stunning, in fact I'm enjoying them now as I write this review, on sadly our last night. The apartment is well equipped and spacious and the location couldn't be better for my husband and I and our twin babies. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance, plenty of beach space to choose from and a regular taxi boat to Trogir. We were worried about not having a car but were so glad we chose not to as there was no need. Throughout or stay Anita was so helpful and always quickly replied when we had any questions. A very relaxing time.

Stayed in top floor Jan apartment, a perfect location and can confirm everything is as reviewed by others. Our first time in Croatia intended to do a lot of sight seeing, but it was so relaxing that we only got as far as Trogir on one of the few cloudy days that we had, boat taxi was15k each way for a 15min trip. Ate out at both restaurants in the village (10 min walk) Frankies was O.K. but Konoba Rico opposite we felt was more friendly and the similar menu cooked slightly better with more of a local atmosphere and a view over the harbour. Average bill for two was between 200-300k including drinks (house wine from 50k a litre). Ivona was staying in the ground floor apartment with her family and was very friendly and also organized our pick up from the airport and was always on hand for any questions we had. Small shop in the campsite 5 min away for fresh bread etc.larger store on the main road 15min walk. Managed to find local Brandy @ 550k a litre, which was perfect way to end to the evening on the balcony with a coffee.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

The photos on this site and the villa's main website set my expectations high, but I can confirm that all of those expectations were met and surpassed. My wife, two little boys and I spent 10 nights at Villa Anka, with 1 night being spent in apartment "Ivan" and the other 9 nights in apartment "Ivona". "Ivan" has all of the gadgets (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4-ring gas stove, coffee maker, large LCD TV), and beautiful veranda with comfortable seating, but it's small on the inside, so we were glad to be in Ivona for a holiday at this time of year, as it was still cool enough warrant being inside in the evenings. "Ivona" was a beautiful, larger apartment with one twin room and one double room; the double room had the 32" LCD TV with satellite, but both had french doors which opened onto the large terrasse; the view from this terrasse was stunning as it looked out over the sea to Ciovo. The kitchen in "Ivona" is smaller, with only a 2-ring electric stove, coffee maker and fridge freezer, but it's more than adequate for rustling up a meal or two a day! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a large BBQ outside for everyone to use if desired. Anita, the housekeeper, was always on hand to help out with requests and information, including washing and ironing (no charge) and she's really friendly and nice to talk to. Although we didn't meet Ivona in person, she was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our holiday with information and even granting a couple of requests that weren't in the rental description! Don't be afraid to ask! The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it's so close to Trogir (5 mins by car, or 15 mins by water taxi) and, for those of you intending to hire a car, it's so accessible to all the main roads (we'd recommend day trips to Rogoznica, Primosten and Sibenik). The little village of Seget has a lovely restaurant in "Frankie" (see Trip Advisor for my full review under the name of "Lancio") and in the opposite direction up by the very dated, crumbling Hotel Medena there is a huge variety of eateries, although this wasn't our taste at all. Split is only 40 mins by car and very easy to drive to with or without sat nav. I highly recommend this apartment for the apartment itself, the location of it and the great service provided by the owner, Ivona, and housekeeper, Anita. We will certainly return in the future!

Warm welcome, comfortable apartment, fab balcony

We arrived at Villa Anka past midnight after an exhausting trip with 2 children. We left a week later feeling refreshed & relaxed. Ivona (whose communication & assistance in the run-up to our visit was excellent) was away during our stay but we felt very well cared-for by Anita. Without being at all interfering, Anita was a warm, friendly presence. She waited up for our arrival, baked us Dalmation pastries, did our washing, provided toys & kept the property immaculate - this extended to cleaning the beach! Jan apartment was airy,clean & modern with both good-sized bedrooms opening directly onto a fabulous balcony. It was large, had a great view & was well-equipped with chairs, table, recliner & umbrella. Shutters on all the windows helped to cool the rooms but the bedrooms remained hot as the only airconditioning was in the entrance hall. The bathroom also got a bit smelly which seemed to be something to do with the plumbing. There was no oven just a small stove. Wifi was useful. Also sattelite tv. There is also a bbq, eating area & scrubby garden downstairs for communal use & parking spaces. The location of the apartment worked well. The pebble beach was at the bottom of the garden as was a pleasant promenade leading to both an area of lowkey nightlife & the main bit of Seget Donji. It felt very safe to walk around day& night. Seget is small & has a lowkey charm about it. Frankie's restaurant served good fish, shellfish & grilled meat in a magnificent setting. Trogir is 5 mins away by car & about 15 mins via the water taxi which stops outside. (On its return, it went unannounced via the further drop-off point of Medena which more than doubled the time). A word of caution to anyone staying in Seget D. We were told authoritatively by the Filip's Marina salesman who sets up his stall on the promenade that the boat trip to Split leaves at 8.30am & takes 45 mins on the way to Split, then leaves Split at 3.30pm & takes 1 hour on the way back to Seget Donji. In reality the trip was over 2 hours long in each direction & it left Split at 2pm. We thus travelled over 4 hrs by boat to spend just over 3 hrs in Split. The boat crew claim that they have complaints every day about the "lies" told by the salesman & he acted all suprised but clearly was not. I supect the Filip's Marina people are all in on it. So beware! I should point out that none of this has anything to do with Villa Anka. If ever I returned to Seget Donji, I would happily return to Villa Anka.

The place to be

We stayed 10 nights at villa anka which is owned by the lovely ivona pavkovic vizek, the apartment is renovated and very well equipped, with airconditioning in all rooms, a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, 2 comfortable bedrooms and with a amazing balcony view over the trogir bay.  There is a nice place for children to play and there is a beach in front of the house, there is also a place in front of the house where water taxi's stop on which you can travel to trogir, hotel jadran, hotel medena and okrug. In Trogir are buslines and ferryboats that brings you right to the old centre of Split. We come here for  several years, with a lot of pleasure. I recommed aparment villa anka from ivona because of the location (right on the beach) and because you're in the middle of seget donji with contains a few restaurants that brings you the real Dalmation kitchen.

Apartment Jan was lovely - beautiful views and excellant location with many good seafront restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The housekeeper Anita is lovely and very accomodating in organising trips to the local sights such as Split and Krka waterfalls which is a must. She even cleaned the small beach in front of the apartments every morning. Food and drink is cheap and the local market at Trogir is wonderful. We had a great time and would definitely go back. and recommend to friends.

Why they chose this property

Villa Anka situated on the best location on all area!
Located right near the small beach for our guests, a 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split.
If you walk on 3 km seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc..

Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.

The historical town museum Trogir is only 2 km away.

In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 11 pm and twice of week to Split.

Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away.

There is no noise from the street. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.
