We had a first class family Christmas at this wonderful property, super clean, kitchen superbly equipped & such a quirky but beautiful house. We moved the dinning table into the carriage to fully enjoy the surroundings & features.Lovely railway themed welcome pack of beers & crisps left by Peter, very much appreciated.

Byways was simply wonderful. A totally quirky, comfortable and curious place to stay. So spacious, it surprised us! Great for friends or a big familly get together. We loved all the train detailing, the old carriage walls with beautiful inlay. And the secret bedroom. Outside was equally spacious, lots of seating in the garden, and a great table tennis table, that became a source of huge fun. The proximity to the beach was lovely, and we walked by the sea every eve looking at all the quirky houses! The Lifeboat pub was great for food. The local Fish and chip shop was a top choice for crispy fish and chips. Delicious. We will return.!
