The apartment is located in one of Naples’ best areas (Chiaia) in a quiet park. Via Crispi, the street where the park is located, is one of Naples’ most prestigious streets. Here you’ll find, in addition to the residences of the upper middle class, several consulates—such as the French Consulate, the famous Institut Français Grenoble (designed by the renowned English architect Lamont Young), and Villa Lauro, which for many years belonged to Achille Lauro, the shipowner and mayor of Naples. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. As shown in the photos (not professional, but realistic and up-to-date), it can be an ideal and comfortable accommodation for a family or a group of 4–5 friends, but by using the sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment consists of an entryway with a hallway, a living room/kitchen, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a whirlpool tub, a bedroom/office with 2 beds plus an additional one if needed, and a second bathroom. In addition, the apartment features a security door (with a single key), a safe, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two large Samsung Smart TVs, a washer-dryer combo, induction cooktops, bedding, and various kitchen utensils. A small garden is available to residents, and upon request, there is also a free, unattended parking space for a small car. Only residents’ cars are permitted to drive and park within the park. This very convenient home allows you to stay in the centre of Naples while enjoying maximum peace and quiet in a tranquil park frequented mainly by working professionals (there is also a concierge service from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on weekdays), where you can park your car just a few metres from the house if you wish. It’s well-connected by the metro, with a station at Piazza Amedeo (a 3-minute walk away), and is also very close to the shopping district (Via Dei Mille) and Naples’ famous nightlife (Via Cavallerizza, Via Bisignani, Vico Ferrigni...), full of trendy bars and restaurants where the popular “aperitifs” start at 7:30 p.m. and last late into the night, frequented by young people and adults alike. The Villa Comunale and the waterfront promenade are also nearby. In short, it’s the ideal starting point for all your walks and for enjoying Naples to the fullest. The apartment is designed to make you feel at home with plenty of amenities, so you can relax peacefully after a walk or work from home using the fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection. Of course, I’m available to provide any information you need (with the help of a translator), as I know the city well and am familiar with the events that take place throughout the year.
