"Alma" is a 3-room house located on the ground floor, covering an area of 65 m2. It has been fully renovated in 2021 and boasts comfortable and cosy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining table. There is an exit to the terrace from the living/dining room.
The house features two double bedrooms, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also an exit to the terrace from the kitchen.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and toilet. The house features gas heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating. The terrace is roofed, and there is a garden. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided.
