Beautiful stone house in Tuscany with terrace and balcony.

The natural stone village house is located in the Maremma, in the middle of Tuscany, on a hill in medieval and medieval Caldana, just above the town center.

In the village you will find everything you need via a bakery, magazine shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzeria and it is within walking distance.

The natural stone village house is max. 4 people can be occupied and has 4 beds. In the beautiful bedroom there is a double bed and in the living area there is an easy-to-use sofa bed for 2 people.
There is also a baby / cot available.

From the bedroom you have access to the large balcony.

The holiday home with approx. 50 m² net living space plus 50 m² balcony and terrace has been fully equipped. a. with air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, stove, oven, sink and refrigerator and in particular with enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a radio and a TV in the house.
There is also a grill on the terrace.

The balcony and the garden terrace are equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and a parasol.

The house has a garage and a parking space for your car.

Eine sehr schöne Lage. Der Vermieter hat uns rasch bei einem Problem, für welches er aber nicht verantwortlich war, geholfen. Wir waren drr Ansicht, dass Handtücher inbegriffen sind, dass war aber in der Beschreibung nicht enthalten. Trotzdem schickte er uns unbürokratisch und sehr schnell - 30 Minuten nach unserer Anfrage- Handtücher. Ein ausgezeichnetes Service.

eine Woche Entschleunigung

Die Lage vom Haus innerhalb Caldana ist super, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Kleiner Alimentare, Bar, Pizzeria alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleines Manko war leider das kein WLAN vorhanden ist, das setzt man in den heutigen Zeiten einfach voraus. In Verbindung mit dem sehr schlechten Handynetz hat uns das allerdings zur Entschleunigung gezwungen ;-) Die Wohnung war leider etwas hellhörig, vorbeifahrene Fahrzeuge und Gespräche der Nachbarn hat man quasi live mitbekommen. Ansonst sehr gemütlich auch auf der Terrasse.

Schönes Natursteinhaus

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Caldana verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Alles hat der Beschreibung voll entsprochen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war problemlos und freundlich. Der Ort ist ruhig und beschaulich, sehr familiär, mit drei Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafes. Waren viel unterwegs und dank Auto flexibel. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und mit Auto das Wesentliche in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön und auch auf der eingewachsenen Terrasse zu sitzen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Check in und generell die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Haus war nicht so sauber. Bei sehr viel rumstehender Deko hatte man kaum Platz. Mit kleinen Kindern empfanden wir es als ungeeignet.

La dimora non è proprio vicina alla piazza principale e raggiungerla a piedi non risulta molto sicuro dal momento che il marciapiede è molto stretto e in alcuni tratti inesistente; il passaggio di auto e motociclette rende la percorribilità un po’ rischiosa.

Sehr hübsches Ferienhaus im Urlaub mit Baby

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Toskana Urlaub im wirklich sehr hübschen und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus! Wir waren als Familie mit unserem 4 Monate alten Baby dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, toll waren für uns daher das große Bett, die top Waschmaschine und die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Wasserkocher und Co, sowie viel Platz in den Schränken! Sehr gemütliche Terrasse mit Grill. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich! Genauso wie die nette Nachbarschaft! Es gibt einen Supermarkt und gute Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! :)

Sulla casa e la sua posizione nulla a che dire, pulita e ben tenuta, come descritta sull’annuncio. Il problema è la mancanza del bidè… in Italia no! Il self-check-in il non mi fa impazzire ma capisco che è la novità del momento.

Das Ferienhaus ist für uns zwei ideal gewesen. Es war ALLES wie beschrieben. Der kleine sympatische Ort liegt zwischen Meer und Kultur, so dass man beides gut machen kann. Strandtipp: Punta Ala Gaststätte: Boccaccio Ristorante im Ort - unbedingt Tisch bestellen, weil wenig Tische !

Una casa molto accogliente, sicuramente regala relax. Nel terrazzo ti accolgono piante di mandarino limone gerani ulivo... Nel balcone superiore puoi farti cullare sulle sdraio da un cielo pieno di stelle lontano dal caos. L'appartamento è veramente bello e ben fornito.. Pulitissimo 😊 Ci si sente subito a proprio agio.

Caldana, wie immer schön

wir waren schon zwei mal in Caldana und mögen dieses Dorf und seine Bewohner sehr. Das Haus von Herrn Baumann hat unseren Vorstellungen genau entsprochen, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit!! Auch der telefonische Kontakt zum Vermieter war herzlich und alles hat perfekt geklappt. Eine Anmerkung noch, wenn jeder gut mit dem Mobiliar umgeht, spendiert Herr Bauman vielleicht einen größern Sonnenschirm! Wir sind auf jeden Fall im kommenden Jahr wieder in Caldana. Abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni a Caldana in questa bella casetta dotata di quasi tutto (manca una moka per il caffe ). Soggiorno ottimo. molto tranquillo e piacevole. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare la maremma toscana!

Ausstattung und Einrichtung eher altbacken und bescheiden. Großes Manko: Haus liegt direkt an einer Durchfahrts-Straße, frühmorgens bereits Verkehrslärm und Abgase bis ins Schlafzimmer. Die Lage sollte im Werbetext nicht verschwiegen werden!

Ihre schlechte Bewertung im Online Portal trifft uns natürlich, gleichwohl sind wir der Meinung, dass die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hauses durch die realistischen Bilder in der Anzeige gut einschätzbar sind. In der Tat liegt das Domizil innerhalb der Ortschaft Caldana. Ihre Anmerkung über Abgase und Lärm können wir aufgrund zahlreicher positiver Rückmeldungen langjähriger Stammgäste und eigener Erfahrung nicht nachvollziehen. Wir bedauern sehr, dass ihre Erwartungen an ihre Urlaubsunterkunft nicht erfüllt wurden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
