The location of property was good, got transport to the Genova town but was very difficult to find a parking place around. Those travelling by car should consider the limitation of car park in this area , very hard to find a parking for a car.
The check in staff was very helpful she tried to help us , but unfortunately the management was not. We requested couple of small fans to cool down ourself in 35 and above temperatures but they refused to provide us with fans. It was a small air conditioning in the sitting room but it is not enough to cool down the whole apartment and the bedrooms which they are far away from the small air conditioning.
Also the kitchen equipments are not enough for a big family, the all pans are old and not useable , we used our own
pans.
Apart of the above issues, the apartment was clean and good space and bedrooms ffor a big family.
