The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 307L is a 3rd floor 2 Bedroom beachfront condo in Port Aransas, Texas renting as a 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom!

The alluring views this condo has to offer that is only complimented by the full length mirrors on the walls of the Living Area, which seem to panorama the ocean all around you! Just a short ride down the elevator and you are within steps of the pool, Jacuzzi and beach.
The Kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with gorgeous granite counter tops and matching Samsung appliances. The Tall Breakfast Bar sits 3 for quick meals or for 6 the Dining Table is fantastic for wonderful and fresh seaside dishes. The Living Room has sufficient and comfortable furnishings with a 55” Flat Screen TV for relaxation from the condo.
The Master Suite has a plush King sized bed, 42” Flat Screen TV and full sized closets to hang your belongings to feel right at home at this beachside condo. The Master Bathroom is attached for ultimate privacy providing a full sized tub with shower capabilities.
The Guest Bedroom is locked off while renting as a One Bedroom, but the Guest Bathroom is still available for use. There is a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities and a single sink counter-top.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The online pictures are very accurate. Beautiful ocean view. Exercise room was clean and had good equipment. It was too cold for the pool and hot tub so can’t comment on that.

Great room with a view

This room was awesome. It was clean had enough towels and a view of the beach. I do think that the condos could have a little more supplies for kitchen Even if they are small sizes. I had food but didn’t bring any cooking spray. Other than that, it was good and the drive into town was not bad at all.

Good for a weekend getaway with a view

Enjoyed this pretty, clean condo right on the beach. Balcony and wall of windows have a good view of the beach. Even in the rain, we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Great get-away

Very nicely appointed, very clean, property managers very courteous, wonderful location right on the beach with loungers and chairs available. An excellent escape for couples or families. Will definitely return!

Very Clean with a Great View

Super clean unit. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Comfortable master bedroom. Would visit again!
