The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 603 is a condo for all seasons! Professionally remodeled from floor to ceiling this unit will take your breath away, and not just because of the view. This unit rents as a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom except for Long Term Winter Visitors in which this unit will rent as a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom from December-March 15th.

The Living Room area has large flat screen TV, 52". TVwith a Blu-ray player attached. One interesting feature about this unit is the Entertainment Center that has an Electric Fireplace for those cool winter mornings. You can relax in La-Z-Boy recliners and comfortable living room furniture. The Dining area is just the place to have a meal and the ceiling fan makes it very comfortable. The Kitchen has state of the art appliances with a custom granite Island.
The Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished with King sized bed, 36" TV with VCR/DVD players. The bedroom has a reading area with an upholstered chair and ottoman so you can relax and sit back! The Master bathroom is completely upgraded with a new tile walk-in shower with granite vanity.

Beautiful panoramic views of the gulf waves. (GULF OF MEXICO). The condo was amazing. Very warm and inviting interior. Coffee on the balcony every morning was so relaxing. We will definitely book with Sandpiper again.

Very clean with a great view!

One of the best condo locations if you have to have a balcony overlooking the beach- The Seagull and Sandpiper condos are the best for this and the property amenities are great. This condo had some really great pillows and bedding unlike some others that have cheap flat pillows you find in other rentals. Makes a big difference for a good night’s sleep. A small thing was there was not a full length mirror. Just a suggestion but it would be nice to have one behind a door in the closet. Otherwise, it has everything you need.

Anniversary weekend

We spent our 27th anniversary in Port A and loved this condo. Super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and an amazing view. Bed was comfortable but it did get a little hot even with the ceiling fan on high (probably just personal preference of sleeping comfort). Also, the shower has great pressure, that’s always important to my husband 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolutely GORGEOUS!! Love the layout. Beautifully decorated. I KNEW it was the condo I wanted at first glance! Very HOMEY and WARM. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. GOD willing my daughter and I will be back next year. Thank youi! denny emerson

Great view but amenities weren't great.

We understood there would be mite than one hot tub available. There was only one which was inoperable during our stay. Unable to turn on jets. Not much for eating establishments or shopping. Most things were expensive I'm guessing because of the location. View was nice. Water alarm went off as I just gone to sleep. Knock at the allowed the tech person in to reset. Alarm came off the wall, so picked up and put on bedstand. There were a few other things but I have said enough. Thanks.
