NO CAMPERVANS / RV MOTORHOMES are allowed in the condominium parking due to height restriction. ( MAX 6'7" )
No visitors parking allowed overnight. Second car can be parked off street

aprox 20 min drive for Miami Int Airport and Coconut grove and 30 min from Miami Beach.

Please note the Ocean pool and sand bar will be closed until end of 2026 due to a renovation. Botanica and Lap pool as well as the beach access will remain open

We really enjoyed our stay at Key Colony and this apartment. It was the perfect location due to its proximity to the family pool, which was our daughter’s favorite activity of the trip. The space was as pictured and we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily in the kitchen. We hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay and check-in was super easy. The condo is close to the entrance elevators and the front pool, however it is a long walk to the beach area. We enjoyed the close proximity to the restaurants in the area(within walking distance) like Starbucks, The Golden Hog and Miami Slice.

A Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was very clean and had ample space for my family. We loved the pool bar by the ocean that had delicious food and drink! There was a short (10 min) walk to the beach with access to chairs and an umbrella. You can just show up and enjoy! It was a perfect and relaxing vacation.

Our son was married in Miami. The property was close to all events. It was clean & had all the amenities we needed to entertain grandchildren, i.e. pool, beach, restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend stay at Key Colony.

We went on a family trip with a 2 year old. The pool and the beach were very convenient. There were many children and parents at the pool which gave us great company. We grilled and ate down by the pool a couple of times. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for cooking. Great location for numerous restaurants too.

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful vacation on Key Biscayne. We have stayed on the island many times before and this rental is a perfect spot to both take advantage of everything that the island has to offer and direct access to the beach. Sofia and her team were wonderful to work with and communicated extremely well. All of our questions were answered quickly and Sofia and the team were very happy to work with us when we asked to make some changes to our reservation dates. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the unit

We enjoyed our stay and loved how attentive Sophia was. Great area, walking to everything especially loved the pool restaurant great food! This isn't a bad review by all means just suggestions for future quests. The white couch cover was dirty and the door to the balcony didn't latch.
