Boasting 3 swimming pool, a private beach area, 12 tennis courts and views of the pool, this Unity is set in Miami and provides accommodation with free WiFi. The Apartment come with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, washing and dryer machine and coffee machine. The Unit feature a kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with 2 sofas, 3 bedrooms and a 3 bathroom (1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and bathroom en suite ,1 bedroom with 2 full/double size beds and bathroom en suite and 1 bedroom with 2 full/double size beds and a bathroom outside ). .At Key Colony guests are welcome to take advantage of the restaurants and fitness room. The accommodation offers a barbecue in the common area of the pool

NO CAMPERVANS / RV MOTORHOMES are allowed in the condominium parking due to height restriction. ( MAX 6'7" )

Please note the Ocean pool and sand bar will be closed until end of 2026 due to a renovation. Botanica and Lap pool as well as the beach access will remain open

Our host was responsive. The apartment was spacious with massive closets and plenty of space to unpack and spread out. The beds (as advertised) are only double beds (one queen but not in the master suite) which really are too small for two people unless they are tiny. We were disappointed by the one tiny bar of soap in each bathroom and small shampoo vials that did not last through our stay. No spare kitchen trash bags either. The decor is very bare bones but adequate. Kitchen is well stocked.

A great base for exploring Key Biscayne

Fantastic location close to beach, shops and an amazing French bakery. The unit is well-equipped and spotless and provided a great base for a family weekend in sunny Miami

Great location, property and amenities!

We enjoyed a wonderful week stay in this great condo! Plenty of space and bathrooms for 3 couples and a baby. Amenities are top notch, and easy walk/drive to many wonderful restaurants on the Key. Great stay, plan to be back!

Perfect beach getaway

This property is gorgeous! Very clean, comfortable and great location in Key Biscayne. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We will be returning to stay at this property again.

Sparkling clean and meets all the requirements

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bath are perfect for a group and we loved the open kitchen, dining table and living room. The outside terrace is small, but does have a nice table for six. Great beach with lounge chairs all over the place, this place is perfect for our stay!

Love Key Biacayne

Loved having a very short walk to the beach and all the amenities of Key Colony. There were so many great restaurants nearby and a Starbucks across the street.

The property was as described. Nicely appointed. The en-suite closet is very nice for a longer stay. A larger bed in that bedroom would be nice. Would recommend some additional kitchen tools like a pizza cutter and baking sheets.

Large remodeled apartment in Key Biscayne

Spacious and bright apartment in Key Biscayne with ample room and excellent kitchen. The condo complex is large with excellent pool and beach access and tropical walkways. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the Main Street. The host was excellent in the communication and messaging.

We loved it!!! Super nice apartment. We enjoy the beach, both swimming pools, the restaurant, the tennis courts etc. There is a Starbucks across the street and many restaurants at walking distance. The owner was available all the time.

First impression: everything was so clean! the apt was very nice, quiet , we found everything we needed inside the apt , close to the beach, close to the Center. We rent a golf car for places a little far away and iy was perfect.

Nice property

The accommodations were nice. My only complaint was that some of the linens needed updating, the shower in the smaller bathroom sprayed water outside the half pane glass wall and the floor stayed wet. It also resulted in rust on the door and wall that had not been addressed. It was clean and nice but very basic. Management was kind and responsive.

Booked a last minute trip and it couldn’t of been better. The location is perfect, there is security before being let in and shops and a Starbucks across the street. Beautiful spot with a pool right outside. Sofia was an excellent communicator, she responded quickly as my travel plans changed, thank you Sofia!

Friend Getaway

The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. The complex is beautiful and well taken care of. Restaurants and shops are right across the street with many more just a short walk away. The private beach, that included chair and umbrella service, is a 10 minute walk door to sand. The on-the beach bar/lunch shop is convenient for wanting to spend a long day on the beach. This place was much more than my friend and I thought it would be and we were so pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in key Biscayne, Fl

Condo was very clean, checkin/check out was super easy. Key colony is great - has all you need. Only criticism is that while the condo can sleep like 10 people there were only 5 coffee mugs, not enough large drinking glasses, bath towels were threadbare, and one of the bedrooms did not have a real window which made it kinda of claustrophobic. Also there is not enough seating in living area. Other than those things the place was fine.
