Country house "Sur le Chemin des Figuiers" - Pets allowed

On the edge of the Périgord Vert and the Périgord Blanc, in the heart of the valley traversed by the Dronne River, near natural attractions and historical sites that allow you to discover a prehistoric, Gallic, and Gallo-Roman past, 10 km from Ribérac (Circuit des Églises Romanes) in Coupoles du Ribéracois and 30 km from Périgueux, designated a “City of Art and History,” an old farmhouse just outside the town of Saint Victor (400 m) with 130 m² of living space, rated 3*** and awarded 3 “Vacances-Clés” stars. It features on the ground floor: an entryway, a dining/living room (flat-screen TV + Blu-ray player), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, convection oven, induction stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, juicer), bathroom with shower (hair dryer) and separate toilet, utility room (washing machine, iron and ironing board); Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 cm + 2 beds 105 cm) (beds made upon arrival; included in the rental price).<br><br>Outside: You reach the front door via a south-facing courtyard where you can park your car. Then you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool (for the exclusive use of the holiday home), located at the back of the property in the middle of a fenced-in garden lined with fig trees and featuring patio furniture, a lounge chair, a grill, and a plancha.<br> You can recharge your batteries in a green setting and immerse yourself in the richness of biodiversity. We do not use any chemicals to maintain the interior or exterior of the house.<br><br>Hiking and mountain biking trails (starting from the furnished accommodation). On the road that runs in front of the house, follow the hiking trails to discover various tree species (fig trees, linden trees, walnut trees...) and different types of wild orchids.<br>You can also meet our 4 goats by bringing them some dry bread—they love it!!!<br><br>Holiday vouchers accepted
