Villa Oleander is an elegant retreat nestled in lush greenery, less than one kilometer from the lake and its beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a fully fenced private garden, the property ensures complete privacy and a safe environment for children. The private pool, covered terrace, and thoughtfully designed outdoor lighting create a magical atmosphere, perfect for enjoying unforgettable summer evenings. A fireplace with barbecue area is also available for relaxed al fresco dining.



The interiors are tastefully designed, offering spacious and bright living areas. On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen (the only room without air conditioning, but well ventilated), a refined dining room, and three bedrooms: a master bedroom with lake view and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one with two single beds that can be joined together. A second bathroom with shower completes this level.



Upstairs, there are two elegant double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a second living area with kitchen. From here, step out onto the balcony and enjoy a charming panoramic lake view.



In the basement, a laundry area with washing machine is available. The property also offers up to three covered parking spaces.



The location is ideal for exploring the area, with stunning beaches, boat rentals, mountain biking, golf, wine tastings, and a variety of excursions nearby. For a fun-filled day, popular theme parks are just a short drive away.

Amazing family holiday

We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children 14-17. The villa was perfect for us. It is huge and just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. The pool is lovely and we ate outside on the terrace every night. The kitchen is well equipped and the villa is only 10 minutes walk to some small shops, restaurants and the lake front beach area. We made day trips to Sirmione, Malcesine and Riva and walked up the Rocca di Manerba. Overall we had an amazing time.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlsub in dieser Villa verbracht. Wir sind mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden angereist. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Agentur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche super ausgestattet. Etwasnervig war das Mülltrennen. Es waren zu wenig Mülltonnen vorhanden, vor allem Glas/Dosen und Ü Papier. Lage ist sehr zentral und der See sehr nah. Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt kann man die Villa sehr empfehlen und wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und den Pool sehr genossen. Mehr Mülleimer für Dosen/Glas/Papier und teilweise neue Mstratzen.

Wunderbare Villa für größere Familie

Haus geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, Pool hat rutschfeste Stufen, ist dann flach, ab der Mitte tief. Ideal für Jung und Alt. Seeblick auf einer Seite, Blick auf Olivenbäume im Garten auf der anderen, was will man mehr? Küchenausstattung sehr zufriedenstellend, v.a. für Köchin mit langer Erfahrung in gemieteten Ferienobjekten. Wenn ein Objekt für 3 Wochen vermietet wird, müsste das mehr Wäschewechsel und Reinigung bedeuten.
