Welcome to Saufley House. A charming beach cottage located on the intra coastal waterway on Perdido Key, FL. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. 100 ft of private white sand beach. Bring your boat, there is ample parking! Galvez public boat launch is only minutes away. 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola, less than a mile to the Gulf and Johnson's Beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 comfortably.

Please take note that I do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, and I will consider pets for an additional $150 non-refundable fee.

No smoking in house. Properly dispose of all cigarette butts – don’t throw them off of the porch. No pets on the furniture or bedspreads.
No food/drink in the bedrooms. Use coasters for drinks. If you spill something, clean it up. Don’t move the furniture.
Watch for sandspurs on shoes; they stick to rugs. Outdoor chairs secured on deck near the water (off walkway). Re-secure them after daily use.

This home holds a rich history. It was lovingly moved to its current location in 2001, where it was fully restored, surpassing its original beauty. Ownership has remained in the same family for five generations. The quaint Florida cottage style is truly unique and holds a charm that will welcome you back year after year.
