Welcome to Kokomo in Innerarity point next to Perdido Key. It is a brand-new home open concept with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Easily will accommodate 8 people, bring the whole family. It has a huge porch with water view and a game room that you can play pool, table tennis or video games. This welcoming charming property offers all the comforts you need, including a washing machine/dryer, ac/heat, gigantic tv's and WiFi. The beaches are awesome and only 5-6 minutes away. There are many restaurants, two within walking distance as well as the world-famous Flora-Bama which has music with multiple artists every day. Perdido Key is waiting for you at this lovely house. Your stay here will be nothing short of amazing. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
