If you want to take advantage of this luxury villa’s pristine kitchen, you can purchase groceries at the nearby grocery store – just a 10- minute walk away (or less, if you rent a golf cart).

Great place!

Enjoyed the view of the water and boats coming and going. Beautiful beach within walking distance with a nice beach bar. Nearby grocery store convenient.

Excellent Choice

This Jolly Harbour Villa was perfect for our stay. The two bedroom villa is set up great for two couples with everything we needed. The location was great and the added bonus of a golf cart made it easier to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Would highly recommend this villa.

Paradise in Jolly Harbor

What a great villa. And having the golf cart was fantastic. The deck on the water was wonderful for morning coffee and watching the boats go by. King bed in master was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa and the island of Antigua.

GREAT HARBOR VIEW VILLA

THIS VILLA HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED AND FURNISHED WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY APPLIANCES AND FURNISHINGS AVAILABLE. SITTING AT THE END OF ONE OF THE SOUTH FINGERS AFFORDS PRIVACY AND STUNNING VIEWS OF SLEEPING INDIAN AND THE BOATS COMING IN AND OUT OF THE HARBOR. KUDOS TO THE OWNERS FOR PROVIDING TOP SHELF ACCOMMODATIONS.

First time Antigua

Property was nice. Clean. Easy walk to beach. My only gripe was not being able to use the washer. This is a priority considering the days spent outside and on the beach. Roxann was responsive. Overall good stay.

Paradise!

This villa is absolutely spectacular! The location at the end of the south finger is perfect to just sit and watch the world (and the boats) go by with coffee or a cocktail on the gorgeous deck. The interior is stunning - everything is of the highest quality, while at the same time cozy and comfortable to make it feel like home. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. If you've never been to Jolly Harbour, it is one of the best places on earth. I cannot recommend this villa enough, and we are counting the days until we can return for another stay!

Beautiful location

Well equipped property. Close, easy walk to the beach. Loved the view from the deck area. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is communication. Was never given directions to rental or code for door. Luckily James, for after hours answered his phone to give us the code and we we able to figure out where it was using Google maps and trial and error. Also, no book for property with check out instructions.

Check In Process / Cleanliness

The hostess never introduced herself to us. She sent us the wrong code to enter the property. Luckily, the security supervisor for the development was able to reach her by phone to get the correct code for entry into the unit. She never apologized for giving us the wrong code when she came by to move a golf cart that was parked in the driveway. We never saw her again. The unit was beautiful and the location was fantastic. The unit could really use a DEEP cleaning. The refrigerator door was very dirty as well as several surfaces throughout the unit. Overall, we would rebook the unit with hopefully a more responsive hostess.
