My family loved the location! Perfect walking distance to the grocery and restaurants. The property itself was excellent- AC was cold, lots of options on the TV for the kids (while the wife and I enjoyed a beverage on the harbor-front patio), kitchen was well equipped for a few meal preps, and the washer meant less clothes we had to pack. A very safe location that was the perfect "home base" for our daily adventures around the island!

Interacting with the hosts was quick and easy. Their property was as stated and in good shape. My plug converter/adapter didn't work (my product) so we had a problem with the hairdryers. The location to the beach and restaurants and grocery was as advertised - an easy walk and a nice clean neighbourhood. Jolly Beach is fantastic - great sand and swimming. The sunsets are fantastic. I felt very comfortable in the Jolly Harbour area.

Our second year in Jolly Harbor and our second and not the last time in villa 227C. What I can say....,probably the best villa in jolly Harbor .Again...,very close to the beach clean ,nice floor plan and the balcony... OMG the balcony...it is to die for.Fishing ,drinking cofe in the morning,coctails in the early afternoon and sunset for dinner..What else you need when on vacation.Highly recommend. this place ....and if you book it please keep it nice and clean because it became our second home tooooooooo...

The location of the villa on the South finger of Jolly Harbour is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the best beach ever. We rented a car through Down West rentals great service dropping off and collecting from the villa, also if you want a golf cart ask Roxann who arranged this for us. The new pool is 5* plus and new pickle ball & tennis courts which we made use of. Good communication at all times. Absolutely loved our stay and missing Antigua already

Perfect location and lovely hosts

Mark and Teresa are very responsive hosts and really helpful and their villa is very close to the beach and felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The beds were very comfortable great air conditioning which was very important as it was so hot. It felt very safe as there was security to get into the resort. Sitting out overlooking the water in the mornings so peaceful and pretty. A great location few minutes walk to the beach and you can walk to a couple of restaurants and the supermarket. The beach was fabulous and we spent lots of time there. You can hire beach umbrella and sunbeds and there is a beach bar restaurant if you want some lunch. Exactly as it’s shown on the photos great value for money it’s not 5 star luxury but great place to stay with everything you need.
