Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

There was zero communication. It is hard to locate. You cannot get help from anyone. I called an individual by name Elisabete more than 50 times and I didn't get any response. I also chat with Tiago and he also ignore me. The only person that help a little with electricity was Pedro and he also went off the radar afterwards. The individuals that run this accommodation makes life difficult for us during our stay. The first night we arrived, the bed got broken and I mentioned it to Pedro during our discussion, but nothing was done to fix it. We also have water problem. We are back in our base now and have to seek medical treatment because of scratches all over our body. For the amount of money we paid on the accommodation, we would have got better value and treatment somewhere else. We have been around the world and this is the first time we had issue like this. Pedro promised we will be rehoused or giving an alternative accommodation but that didn't happen. There are so many tales about this accommodation, but I will stop here for now.
