The structure, which can be booked as an entire residential unit, is made available for your exclusive use and has 4 very large rooms, excellently finished in a classic but prestigious Tuscan style.
One of the rooms is a suite that has a private bathroom with shower equipped with chromotherapy and with an optional extra bed,
There are also two very large and elegant double bedrooms with private bathroom, king size shower and chromotherapy.
There is also a double room available, which if necessary can be double, always with a private bathroom, king size shower and chromotherapy.
The structure also has a sofa bed in the living room which brings the total availability of beds to 13 units.
Please note: the sofa beds will be set up exclusively when needed.

Access to the room where the sofa bed is located is via an external staircase.
The double sofa bed "placed in the living room in a separate room" has a toilet, while the showers are located in an outbuilding a few meters away.
A piped music system is available in all rooms.
A very large and fully equipped induction kitchen is available for both domestic and professional.
Swimming pool available from June to September (variable dates).
A barbecue is also available.
N.B. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for domestic use; professional equipment such as a Rational oven, kettles, fryer, etc. is also present. For safety reasons, these are only available to professional staff approved by the property.
