Delightful beach property. Just steps to the white sandy beaches with no streets to cross. Enjoy the surf, paddle boarding, fishing or just relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets you can possibly imagine.

Property is totally renovated. New kitchens, baths, furnishings and freshly painted inside and out. Location is within walking distance to the most popular restaurants. Public trolley stop is located in front of property making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg without the hassle of driving and parking. Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. The water, the sun, long walks in the white sand and end your day watching the beautiful sunset.

One Bedroom with queen bed plus queen size pull out sofa in the living room.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Only a very short walk to the beach!!! Great location, price and communication. Beautiful place and nicely decorated. Designated parking spot! Had everything on site and available if needed for the beach that we could have wanted…towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, sunscreen and even after sun aloe gel. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking and refrigeration. Would definitely stay here again!!

Ultimate relaxation!

Great beach cottage steps from the Gulf!

Perfect little beach cottage just steps away from the Gulf and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cottage offered everything that we needed to relax on the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

Born and raised in FLorida and never dreamed I would be lucky enough to own a piece of paradise like the Gulf Breeze Inn. When I bought the property I spend six months renovating the entire property. I wanted guests to be able to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach and stay in a totally updated apartment with all the modern amenities .
I raised my three daughters in Florida and now have four amazing grandchildren. Whenever possible we all love to spend time together at the Inn.

Why they chose this property

This property has the "Old FLorida" feel and you are just steps from the beautiful white sand. There are tiki huts on the patio to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink after watching the breathtaking sunsets.
