Beautiful one bedroom ,one bath, living room and kitchen. directly across the street from the beach just grab your flip-flops and go!!! or if you prefer to relax in our Resort pool. Living room has a pull-out couch. Walking distance to restaurants and bars! This condo is one of the largest in the complex with the 2 balconies!

Great location, had everything we needed. Lots of towels, kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever need. There was some construction noise but given the state of the area after the hurricane, it’s quite understandable and it definitely didn’t interfere with our stay. Pool area was great, parking was very easy to find a spot. The beach was really close and the owners had lots of beach toys and towels available for us. We would love to come back here next year!

Weekend get away

We enjoyed our stay!

Wendy’s property is a good value for the money. It’s in a great location, it’s roomy and open, there’s a nice balcony overlooking the pool, and it’s in a nice area. We felt very safe there. It’s also close to a long (at least 3 mile long) beach.

Perfect Location & Comfortable Condo

The host was great, the condo was comfortable and well stocked for anything from beach gear to cooking. The location is amazing with easy walking access to a quiet beach. Parking is good and the condo patio and pool were never too crowded. Nothing at all to complain about and I’d stay here again and again!

We came for a relaxing week at the beach. Great location with just a short walk to the beach, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were a bonus. We had a few issues with the rental during our stay but they were both rectified by the owner ASAP.

Great stay

The entire place was spotless and comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes of our location. The area is quiet, safe and relaxing. The closest beach entrance js closed due to last year's hurricane, but there is another just a 2-minute drive up the road. We were pleased to be in an area where the beach was not overcrowded. We took a 5-minute walk to a great local restaurant (The Conch Republic Grill) more than once. John's Pass is just 10 minutes away in the car and is well worth the visit. Overall, a great stay!

Awesome Place
