The home features ducted air conditioning throughout, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a large kitchen. It has four cosy bedrooms for a good night’s rest and two full bathrooms. It also includes a private parking area for up to 4 vehicles on the property, complete with an automatic gate.

The villa is located in the best area of Cabo de Palos, 50 metres from Levante Beach and 50 metres from the coves, close to restaurants, the town centre, and a supermarket—allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday without having to drive.

The Cabo de Palos area boasts countless restaurants where you can enjoy meals at the harbour or in nearby areas, as well as at some of its beach bars. It also has countless diving clubs where you can practice this sport, which is a major attraction in our area due to the beauty of the seabed and the diverse species of fish found in the marine reserve.

great family spot

travelled here with 2 small children and loved the location close to the beach, and a short walk away from town. the house was great for our extended family gathering, with lots of space and place for kids to play outdoors.
