Beautiful home near the LDS Temple and SUU Shakespeare

We are very close to National Parks, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, etc. Guests have loved how close we are just over 1 mile from Shakespeare Festival. We are also less then a mile from the Cedar City LDS Temple.

The house has new paint, carpet and beds. This is the perfect place to come and relax while gathering in the family-room, or sitting on the back patio.

This beautiful home with five bedrooms, a family and living room was more than enough for our big family. The location was great and the home was very clean, with all the amenities. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Space

The home was great and has plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. Great location close to main roads, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed while visiting Zion and Bryce and it was a great home base for both!

Hidden Gem

This property was wonderful! It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Our son was getting married in the Cedar City Temple, which was only 2 minutes from this property. The house provided a great gathering place for family members in between the wedding, and dinner. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay in Cedar City

My family and I just loved staying at Mark's place in July. We were there for the Shakespeare festival and to take in a couple of national parks. The home was spacious, clean and well appointed with amenities. Quiet neighborhood on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the valley. 7 minutes to the Shakespeare festival grounds. All in all a wonderful home that made our vacation all the better!

Great home for large groups!

Very clean and decorated nicely. . Enjoyed having two different living spaces with a nicely furnished kitchen, the master and two other bedrooms , hall bath, and a nice living area upstairs. There was a nice living area, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room downstairs.

We were really comfortable during our stay. The house is not only beautifully appointed, but comfortable as well. We had plenty of room, and I loved the patio set. It was very nice to eat breakfast out back.

The house was a great place to stay. Had plenty of room for the eight of us. Nice patio out back to sit on in the morning. We arrived a day late to the house and was allowed to stay one extra day at no charge.

Great summer stay!

We stayed in this house while going to the Shakespeare Festival. Really wonderful, beautifully appointed house. Big roomy rooms with little touches of elegance to make the house feel homey.

Great place

This is our second year in a row staying here. Nice and clean. Easy to work with the owner. She arranged a slightly earlier check-in time to accommodate our arrival time. Great for our family of 8. Close to the LDS temple and the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Would recommend.

Book club trip to SW Utah National Parks

We very much enjoyed the property. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean and well supplied with nice linens. We would have liked some cards or games to enjoy in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed the pears! The location was good for us to drive to the National parks and monuments.
