We had a great stay with our family. The houses were clean and well stocked for our needs. It was nice to be together and have a comfortable place to visit and hang out. Thanks
We have stayed here several years and love it! Great location! Roomy! Clean! Easy communication with owners. Quiet neighborhood. You can't go wrong staying here!
My family and I enjoyed our stay and was very accommodating to our needs considering we were a group of 9.

Great House
I would stay here again. The check-in process was difficult because I didnt receive anything the day of check-in.
We very much enjoyed these townhomes. They were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and professional. All around great experience.
This is a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of. Quite neighborhood and feels like home. Close to a lot of restaurants, easy on/off freeway access, close to Shakespeare Festival. Very responsive property manager. I would highly recommend!
Great location with easy freeway and overall Cedar City access. Homes were very clean and well stocked with all items one would have at their own home. Very clear instructions and great place to stay while visiting family in Cedar City.
Photos accurate to the cleanliness and stylish decor depicted
We stayed here July 2022 to attend the Shakespeare Festival and visit Zion National Park. As the photos show, each room and bathroom is stylishly-appointed - the towels and sheets were new and good quality. There were plenty of amenities for bath/shower, kitchen, and laundry room (detergent). Beds were really comfortable. I have to say I thought from the photos that there was an opening in the common wall shared by the properties that would allow people to go between the two, but they are two separate houses right next to each other. Not a problem - a nice break from family, retreating to our own house.
The kitchen had everything we could ask for - we didn't cook anything other than simple breakfast fare, but there was every appliance we needed in the pantry. Appliances were new and in good working order.
The neighborhood is near enough to stores and services but far enough away from major roads and the 15 so you're not being harassed by traffic noise.
I've been coming to Cedar City for over 25 years and these 2 homes were by far the best place to stay that I have experienced. Will be reserving this stay for future vacations!
We were a group and of 11, 9 adults and 2 teens, looking for lodging for the Shakespeare Festival. We were lucky to find twin town homes that accommodated all of us nicely. The location was close to groceries, fast food, restaurants and the festival. We enjoyed our stay. Felt safe to walk around the neighborhoods, very close to a church with a large parking lot we could walk in for our daily exercise. We could easily get together for game and pizza night. Nice, reasonable accommodations and good location.
We have been coming to the Shakespeare festival for almost 30 years and this was the perfect arrangement for our family. Most of us had our own rooms and lots of bathrooms!!! Easy on and off the freeway and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Garages available which is really nice. Nice backyard space.
