The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story villa situated directly on the seafront. It offers a stunning view and a private garden with direct access to the beach. The beach slopes gently towards the sea, and the water remains shallow at the shore, making it ideal for families with children. The garden, featuring pine trees and Mediterranean flora, includes an outdoor shower and two parking spaces available for guests. The apartment allows you to make the most of the outdoor spaces: there is a table for lunch and dinner on the veranda overlooking the garden and the sea.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a spacious living area with a kitchen and living room. To the left is the first bedroom with two single beds. From the living room, through a large glass window, you can step directly onto a covered loggia for outdoor dining. Continuing on, to the right is another living room/bedroom with a sofa bed, desk, and television. From this room, you have direct access to the garden. On the left, however, there is a double bedroom with a large closet and the first bathroom. The kitchen leads to the pantry, where you’ll find the washing machine and the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and free Wi-Fi is provided. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment remains cool and well-ventilated even on the hottest summer days.

The Orosei coastline is incredibly rich in beautiful beaches and places to visit. To the north, you can quickly reach the Biderosa nature reserve and the beaches of Cala Ginepro, Berchida, and Capo Comino. To the south, you can visit the long stretch of beach from Marina di Orosei all the way to Osalla and Cala Cartoe. Orosei is 10 km from the apartment and is a town rich in history with charming restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlours. The hamlet of Sos Alinos is 1 km from the apartment and features supermarkets, a church, and a pharmacy.
