Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all electronic fobs (3) on top of palm tree cabinet in entryway.
Empty all trash by placing trash bags in the trash chute at the end of the hallway by unit 601. Please ensure the trash bags are tied closed and do not put loose trash or other items in the chute.
Please load dishwasher and start the wash cycle prior to departure.
Please set AC thermostat to 72 degrees upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had been looking for the perfect place on the beach. When we entered the Beach Club and saw the view from the almost 400 sq ft balcony that spans the width of the condo along with the first class amenities of Beach Club we were sold!. Words can't describe the feeling of relaxation we experience when we are here. One of the many highlights of Beach Club is the front row seat we have watching the U.S. Navy Blue Angels perform their annual beach show. A few of my original photos taken from the balcony are included in our listing.
Why they chose this property
Pensacola is home to us and we love the water. After traveling to many other beach destinations including the Caribbean and Hawaii, we discovered our white sand beaches and beautiful Pensacola Beach water was second to none in our opinion. Beach Club is it for us! Pensacola Beach is ranked in the top 10 in the USA!
