Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with the comforts of home in this lovely, fourth floor, 2B/2B condo sitting on a tranquil stretch of beach. Condo has been nicely renovated with a high-end kitchen that includes quartz counters, custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, new appliances, and a cooler for wine. There is a full-size washer/dryer in house, hurricane windows and doors, sophisticated, comfortable furniture, and fine art décor. There are water views from every room. With a balcony on each side of the unit and a floor plan set up as two primary bedrooms this is a rare find. You can watch breathtaking sunsets off the main living room balcony, fall asleep to the sounds of the surf from the west bedroom balcony, and watch the sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway sipping your morning coffee on the east bedroom balcony.

Walk for miles on the white sandy beach, dip your toes in the emerald waters, sit poolside and read an entire book, or write one, slow down and simply appreciate the warm sunshine. This condo is all about location, location, location. An easy thirty-minute drive from Tampa International Airport and you can get away from it all on this serene beach. Yet you are just minutes away from top notch restaurants, fun shopping, tourist attractions, fishing, boating, golf, biking, dolphin watching, site seeing, jet-skiing, parasailing, and year-round festivals. Five minutes from the Clearwater Beach Pier 60 Park and twenty minutes from the famous John's Pass Village at Madeira Beach. Just hop on the trolley that runs up and down Gulf Boulevard.

One month minimum rental building, whole months please for the high season, no smoking, no pets, no parties. Well stocked kitchen with coffee maker, tea kettle, mixer, blender. Home away from home

I love cooking at home even on vacation and at Kerry’s home we were able to do that as it was completely furnished with everything necessary to cook. They were outstanding hosts and would recommend to anyone looking for a great view and relaxation.

Beautiful and quiet Belleair Beach

Very nice condo with good size bedrooms, bathrooms and open concept living/dining/kitchen. The view is exceptionally good from 4th floor and condo is located in the center of two buildings with view of of ocean and pool. Owner was easy to deal with. I was hoping to book the unit for 2025, but when I inquired it was already taken. I thought we would have had the first option. Evidently done differently than most of Florida rentals. We enjoyed the area and the stay.

Frustrating-great location/unkept property

There is no question the location is wonderful….however the unit itself is lacking in general maintenance and has not been cleaned properly in a long time. The owner is not local so we ended up interrupting our vacation to manage multiple repairs, installs, and cleaning. To be clear- the owner tried to be responsive as we made them aware of all the issues. Our biggest frustration is all of this should have been taken care of before our visit- not just when we brought the issues to the owner’s attention. The owner offered to have the cleaner come over- however I did not want to be put in the position of supervising someone who did a surface job when the unit desperately needed a deep clean. Issues included: -Toilet repair -Oven was destroyed- owner was aware of this before our arrival. It was replaced after we complained -Dishwasher was not operational- replaced after a repair man visit failed -Kitchen bar countertop broken- not anchored to wall - dangerous! -Kitchen cabinets dirty with moldy food in trash can. We had to clean all cabinets before we could unpack -Cabinets are so misaligned and in disrepair they are hard to close. -Kitchen cook ware needed replacing a long time ago. Rusting dirty cookie sheets, pots and pans that were chipped and dirty. Coffee machine bad. -Mold in the shower -Layers of dirt /dust on base boards etc After we asked, the owner did provide some compensation, however it did not make up for our time and frustration.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Area

This condo is updated and very well decorated. Everything you need is here. The condo community and surrounding area is very quiet but conveniently located close to many areas of activities and restaurants. The amenities and beach are great and nearby Sand Key park has many attractions. Communication with owners from beginning to end was very good and everything went well with the trip. We highly recommend this condo and this area. We hope to return soon!

Beachside Paradise

This beautiful top floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, offered us a truly luxurious experience on one of the quietest spots in Belleair Beach. Belleaire Beach Beauty

My husband and I both work remotely and were looking to get out of our 4 walls for a little while since we have been pretty much locked down in our home for the past year due to Covid. This property was just exactly the relaxing getaway we were looking for! (I've never had a beautiful office view!) :) Perfect with the sunrise from the front bedroom balcony overlooking the city marina waterway and beautiful ocean sunsets from the living room / master suite balcony! There's plenty of animal life too, as we saw from our balcony, pods of stingrays (just a few days a year, does one get to experience this), countless dolphins, a couple of manatees, and on two separate days at sunrise, a single coyote taking his morning run along the dunes headed back to the nature park at the end of the mainland. What an amazing site - neither one was interested at all in the walkers on the beach - they just cruised along in a sweet little 'gallop'. We were able to be in the craziness and enjoyment of Clearwater Beach in 5 minutes if that's what we felt like, but then able to come back to the serene quiet of 'home'. We could not have made a better choice of where to stay. Kerry and Lori were great to interact with and everything from booking to check-in was a breeze. Thank you K&L for sharing your beautiful abode with us! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Perfect!

This condo is beautiful and the owners really have thought of everything you could need. It is beautifully appointed and very clean and modern. There is plenty of room for clothes and stuff in the closets, the bed was comfortable and the master bathroom has two sinks, I liked that! The property is very well maintained too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful penthouse

This condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. We had it all right there. The pool and steps away from the private beach. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed, plus all beach equipment and fishing poles. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo, Beautiful views

My husband and I spent the month of January (2021) at this beautiful condo. We loved the Belleair Beach location, situated between Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater. The views were amazing! Sunset from the living room and master bedroom and sunrise from the guest bedroom which includes a lovely balcony overlooking the intercostal. There are king beds in both bedrooms and they are incredibly comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a months stay. Plenty of quality towels and linens including 2 plush spa robes in each bedroom and beach towels as well. Top of the line appliances including LG washer and dryer. The property has 2 grills on site as well as a clean heated pool and a sun deck that overlooks the beach. Owners were very responsive as well. Can't say enough good about this place. We will be back!

Wonderful property on the beach

I don’t think I could have asked for a better condo to fit my needs. Great 4th floor corner unit with a full balcony facing the ocean. The condo had everything we need for a 5 week stay. The location was what we wanted - a quiet beach but close enough to Clearwater. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to come in, hard to leave

Lokey provided a very comfortable and inviting home away from home. Everything you needed was right there, just like you had arranged it yourself. The appointments were very thoughtful and presented a nice beach feel. Want to go back but it is already booked!

Great Condo !!

Bonnie and I enjoyed the condo and location so very much. The beach is great for long walks and just steps from the condo and pool. The large outside deck area is a wonderful spot for reading or just listening to the waves. The condo was nicely decorated and well stocked with everything to get you started. "A beautiful condo with a breathless view"!

We've stayed in several Gulf view Condos and can say this one is beautiful! From the time you enter...you realize the condo description and photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay at MontMartre and LoKe By The Sea(Gulf). The two Master Bedrooms were perfect! The only downside during our stay was the Fitness Room...we did not find it until our 3rd day(no directions) to where it was located. It truly needs cleaning and an equipment update. The treadmill does not work and all of the equipment is jammed together. If you are into fitness workout...this would not be it! A daily walk on the beach was beautiful and the sunrise and sunset...outstanding and a daily swim in the pool(86*) very refreshing!

Lori and Kerry, business partners with LoKe by the Sea, purchased this condo with relaxing in mind. We live in Colorado and had been looking for a place on the beach for years. Once we settled on this area we spent over three years finding the perfect place. We have been up and down the gulf coast and have found what we believe is the very best.

Why they chose this property

This property for us, was perfect in every way. A small boutique building, top floor (we were looking for the top but not higher than five floors as you start to feel removed from the water), directly on the beach, quiet location but not too far from the action, guest parking, two bedrooms that are both fabulous (most condos we looked at had one nice bedroom and one not-so-nice), washer and dryer in the unit, elegant but comfortable. We finally found it and want to share it with you.
