A full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and coffee maker are welcome conveniences after a busy afternoon on the town when you'd prefer to avoid the dinner rush.



Plush reclining chairs offer a relaxing spot to unwind in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy a movie with a friend on the television. There's no need to travel with bulky beach gear as this property offers complimentary beach towels and beach chairs, everything you need for an instant beachside oasis to soak in the sunshine and let the songs of the seagulls lull you into your seaside siesta.

Chateau Condominiums is an intimate complex of only 16 units and offers a sparkling pool with a tiki picnic area, lounge chairs, and direct access to the shimmering sands of Belleair Beach. The town of Belleair Beach is a little piece of paradise full of old-fashioned neighborhood charm. It is mostly known for its relaxed atmosphere on two waterfronts: The Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Take the trolley to Clearwater for endless dining and shopping options or indulge in one of the local favorites. Be sure to make time to experience the famous Clearwater Aquarium, just 15 minutes away, and Busch Gardens less than one hour's drive.

Great location right on the beach with private access to the beach. This is a complex of 16 units in a quiet neighborhood. The other renters were from all over the US and were friendly and fun to visit with. Parking was onsite and easy. Plenty of outside areas to relax. The unit was as pictured, comfy for 2 people. Well stocked with items needed inside the unit and with items needed for the beach. Comfortable recliners. Beautiful views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets!

Pool prominently featured in property description was closed by the local health dept. Slow response from host. Canned response re 4 week closure. Window AC noise disrupted sleep in BR and TV viewing in main room. Parking pass laminated and waiting in condo (thankfully, printing NOT required as suggested in VRBO e-mail discovered enroute). Facility is old but clean. Beach access is easy. Bellair Beach is great. Cannot recommend this lodging.

Advertised as “outdoor pool”, but after choosing and paying, we get an email saying pool is closed during our stay. Yet,they still kept listing as with outdoor pool” Didn't really think this was fair and no discount or accommodation offered. Otherwise, pretty good. Bathroom could use updating and place is very small. Dresser in bedroom was a great bonus, as we unpacked our clothes and then could put suitcases under bed. Kept toiletries on top of dresser as not much room in bathroom. Also, bedroom outlets are older, so our charging plugs kept falling out.

This is a great rental. The only issue I ad was the small tv in the Livingroom sitting on top of the refrigerator. Very dangerous. Also not having a tv in the bedroom was a big issue for me. Also, you need to invest in so air-freshener plugins. Even though the place was clean when we checked in. The room had a foul smell to it due to being closed up for several days. But it is a great location. Great size for two people. Right on the beach. Would absolutely rent this place again. Great place for price.

We were blown away by the view.
