Welcome to our beautifully kept beachfront second home at Splash Resort — a space we’ve intentionally updated and cared for so families can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and truly relaxing stay. This isn’t a basic rental with leftover furniture and mismatched linens. Everything here has been thoughtfully chosen; brand‑new furniture, premium hotel‑quality linens, a brand‑new king mattress, new appliances, fresh coastal décor, and durable LVP flooring installed in 2019. We maintain this condo the way we maintain our own home, and guests feel that difference the moment they walk in.

The private balcony offers a sweeping, unobstructed view of the Gulf — turquoise water by day, glowing sunsets in the evening, and the kind of peaceful backdrop that makes you slow down and enjoy being together.

A Balcony Designed for Real Relaxation
We furnished the balcony with brand‑new HDPE Adirondack bar‑height chairs with integrated tray tables, allowing you to enjoy the full panoramic view comfortably above the railing. We also added a second bar‑height Adirondack set with a matching table, giving families two separate seating areas — perfect for morning coffee, meals, reading, or simply watching the waves. The HDPE material is durable, comfortable, and built to withstand the coastal environment while still looking beautiful.

Comfortable, Family‑Friendly Sleeping Setup
The layout is designed so everyone sleeps well and has space to unpack:

Primary bedroom with a brand‑new king mattress, premium linens, and a 55" Smart TV

Built‑in twin bunks that kids love

Queen‑Plus sleeper sofa in the living room — our only sleeper, and larger than a standard queen pullout

To make the sleeper sofa truly functional, the living room TV console is intentionally left empty so guests sleeping there have dedicated clothing storage. The hallway bathroom includes a deep two‑drawer chest, perfect for kids in the bunks or anyone needing extra space.

All luggage can be stored in our private storage room on the same floor, keeping the condo clean, open, and clutter‑free.

Our professional cleaning team is independent from the resort, and we keep the condo stocked, maintained, and cared for the way we want it for our own family.
