Appartement spacieux , à côté de la plage et du petit port d'arcade. Supermarché accessible à pied.Il manque des lampes de chevet dans les chambres et un store pour la terrasse et ce serait très bien.

Appartement fonctionnel, avec parking, le , plage proche et agréable.MAIS le côté négatif: niveau isolation de l'appartement vraiment médiocre, voire inexistante ,(fenêtres, vous entendez les voisins du dessus . l'appartement est au rez de chaussée, vous entendez tous les écoulements des eaux de l'immeuble ) .Plusieurs machines à laver à partir de minuit (bruit jusqu'à 3heures du matin). C'est vraiment dommage, car le coin est très agréable.
