It is distributed in three heights. On the ground floor is a large garage, with toilet and laundry area and ironing. On the second floor (letter A) you will find the terrace, two bedrooms with double bed and twin beds, bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the attic floor there is another double room with bathroom, attic, equipped with two velux windows.

Its location is ideal as it is enough to cross the street to choose between the beaches of Foxos, Nuestra Señora, Areas gordas, or A Lanzada, through the wooden footpath that crosses the surroundings.

The privileged natural environment that surrounds it is perfect to enjoy the ocean and nature also in winter, since the apartment has a powerful pellet fireplace.

Inmejorable ubicación y comodidad junto a la playa

Un apartamento muy limpio , con vistas espectaculares, en una urbanización familiar , , con todo lo necesario para quienes quieran disfrutar de las playas de la Lanzada y del área circundante. La propietaria ofreció toda la disponibilidad ante cualquier problema,pero no hubo ninguno..Todo fue estupendo .

Erholung pur mit direktem Meerblick

Schönes und grosszügiges Appartement mit bevorzugter Lage (direkter Blick auf die Bucht von A Lanzada). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (Pontevedra, Santiago, Arousa-Halbinsel, Vigo, Cambados). Viele gute Restaurants in Gehnähe. Supermarkt eher weit entfernt (Auto erforderlich). Sehr freundliche und professionelle Gastgeberin, die sich um ihre Gäste kümmert, schnell kommuniziert und reagiert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Todo en nuestra estancia ha sido perfecto. El apartamento se ajusta perfectamente a las fotos. Por poner una pega, en el apartamento de arriba, no vendría mal una televisión. En resumidas cuentas, alojamiento totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de unos días maravillosos. El trato recibido por Susana es inmejorable
