Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x Highchairs. Parking for 3 cars. Gardens to front and rear, lawns, patio, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: Children should be supervised in the gardens and on the first-floor balconies. Note: The French doors from the dining room do not open

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The location was ideal as we could walk to center of town, to the shore, and the coastal path to Beers. The house was roomy and provided quiet areas for reading. Duvets on the bed were all we needed for comfort. It was nice to have access to a washing machine.
