Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Small non-enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Pet-friendly, sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.7 miles, pub 3.7 miles. Note: welcome hamper. Please note: While the private beach access is wonderful to be able to offer to guests please be aware that due to landslips or adverse weather conditions it may need to be closed for the public's safety from time to time. Note: Due to the rural location, mobile reception may be poor but Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and can be used for internet-based calls. Note: The private beach is currently closed following recent adverse weather.

Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Comfy place to stay

We had a comfortable stay here for several days. We appreciated the welcome package and my son appreciated the books and games that were provided. Cleanliness could have been a little better but it wasn't off putting. Keep in mind depending on how long your stay is, you may need to purchase your own trash bags, laundry detergent, napkins etc as they are not provided.
