Please keep the house free of sand. Guests should rinse their feet after returning from the beach. Hose is on the left side of the door.

No littering with cigarettes or garbage at the front and the back yard. Garbage bins are behind the white wall across the front entrance door.

No partying is allowed after 10 pm. which causes disturbance to the rest of the working owners. No loud music is allowed at all times.

Stayed over New Years

Two couples stayed over New Years. The townhouse was clean. Kitchen is well appointed. Shared pool is nice. There are portable beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Check in was easy and directions good. Photos are representative of property. A car is needed to get to the beaches. Of note, the driveway is off the busy Leeward highway. There was some traffic noise from this in the front bedroom. But also to walk or cycle, you do need to walk along side of highway to get to side streets. We had a few issues with the house but the host was responsive.

Ideal Property for Families or Couples Warm Weather Retreat

This property is centrally located (just off Leeward Hwy) in a very small (6 units) gated community. Central to all beaches and close to the island's best grocery store, Graceway IGA. This property owner has thought of it all - beach chairs, umbrella & towels, coolers and ice packs, large fold out map of the island, sandy feet cleaning station (right by the front door), an on-site swimming pool in a beautifully landscaped garden and a nicely furnished screened in patio area. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a high-end ceiling fan (property is also climate controlled). Neighbors were friendly and helpful. A lovely place and would highly recommend.
