Sagusta Gardens PLS property is centrally located just off the Leeward Highway, first left after Menzies Medical Practices (Glass Shack Corner) on Albacore Close, Providenciales. Less than in 10 minutes away from the airport but very near to supermarkets; shopping; popular restaurants and bars in Turtle Cove; water sports; and many sandy beaches.

You’ll love the ambiance and the convenience of the fully furnished 2 bathrooms; 2 bedrooms - 1 king sized bed, 2 twin sized beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room; dining room with table to accommodate 4 persons, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker), Ideal for couples and families also business travellers.

There is a grill and a communal swimming pool if you fancy a nice dip! (No lifeguard on duty). Additional entertaining space is also available on the porch or under the Gazebo for a casual drink, romantic breakfast or evening dining. Free Parking is available infront of the pool or at the entrance on the right.

Perfect Stay!

We loved Sagusta Gardens! The apartment was perfect and very spacious. The hostess (Sarah) is kind and helpful! This property would be a good fit for almost anyone, from families to singles. Very safe, clean and relaxing. Thank you!

First Post Covid Vacations

Enjoyed our time at Sagusta gardens. Rented a car so location was close to airport and great snorkelling beaches. Enjoyed the quiet pool area after doing beach time. Very relaxing and Sarah was awesome to us. Always responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks again Sarah for the fish. It was delicious.

We booked three units as a group. There were bugs on floor, two properties were sleep 4, but sofa beds were unusable. There were roches. There were plumbing issues, which were rectified. Host was very attentive to our needs. But property is not the kind of vacation rentals we are use to. There were beach chairs, enough parking, grocery store was walking distance. Beaches, restaurants were 10-15 min drive. There was enough outdoor sitting for us.

Nice quiet spot away from beach

Apartment was. Well equipped and pool nice and quiet. Need mosquito repellent and maybe coils from dusk till dawn.
