This review reveals more about our guest than our suite. We are committed to making our guests stay the very best, and only once before have I encountered a guest that was nasty. This "hell hole" has a completely remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, the bathroom has been gutted and remodeled, the unit is on the 2nd floor, which is a full second floor (ask the tax collector) with 5 foot knee walls in 2 of the rooms and not in walking areas. We adhere to CDC Cleaning Standards and use disinfectant to clean all surfaces, and although we spray afterwards with fabreeze, the disinfectant smell might still have lingered. For our guests connivence, a small recycling bin is on the ground by the front steps, tucked in a clearing by the shrubs, and is emptied between each guest. The mattress is brand new, as are the rugs in the unit. All the towels and linens are new. We honestly try to anticipate what our guests may need and are very accommodating. Directions and access codes are provided the morning of check in. I inadvertently emailed this guest the day before thinking I was emailing a current guest and then apologized when I realized my mistake. I am always courteous and accommodating. This guest destroyed property, left garbage in the kitchen, dirty dishes, towels thrown on the floor and wet towels left on the sofa. Then was nasty and demanded a full refund. I hope you take his criticism with a grain of salt. Most of my guests love our Beach House.
