The house is located in the Torrox Beach Club residential complex, which features beautiful gardens and a fabulous pool with ocean views (OPENING PENDING REGIONAL REGULATIONS DUE TO DROUGHT)<br>The house is very cosy and has been renovated. It features a private garden with flowers, trees, and two seating areas: a chill-out area and an “al fresco” dining area in the shade of a large grapevine. <br>Inside, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen; a living-dining room; a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine; a bedroom with a double bed; and a living room with a TV and a large sofa bed that converts into a very comfortable double bed.
