Fantastic oceanfront apartment

Spacious apartment (100m2) located in front of the sea in building with elevator. The property consists of two rooms with sea views and two bathrooms, the main room with en suite bathroom. The other room has two single beds plus two other optional. Large living room with direct window to the sea, and exit to a terrace of 6 m2, and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is located in an urbanization with two swimming pools (one for children) and tennis courts, indoor soccer and basketball.

Free parking next to the urbanization. Pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The climate of Torrox is known as "The best climate in Europe" with an average temperature of 18 ° throughout the year.
Torrox is very close to other towns of great tourist interest such as Cómpeta, Frigiliana or Nerja. Easily accessible from Malaga by bus or car.

Raúl was easy to get in touch with and replied instantly. His father Josë was very friendly and always in time when he should show up.The apartment was super with views to die for. If we will return to Torrox Costa we certainly will try to hire this apartment again.

Lovely Stay

The apartment is beautifully located, overlooking the marine promenade and beach and has all the basic essentials for self-catering, with a number of restaurants and a large supermarket within easy walking distance; we loved Don Arroz! The owner was very helpful up to and during our stay, responding quickly to any queries we had. Overall, a lovely holiday.

Amazing view right on beach. Hmmmm only advice I could give them, might be to provide soap, shampoo…and perhaps a beach umbrella…they had 2 beach chairs and some treats at apt….was appreciated, also a bit of coffee beans etc…would be helpful for first day.

We loved the property, the location the amenities within the apartment. We didn’t eat in the property but if we had, everything you need from a snack to a full family meal was available. Agent very communicative via email and responsive to questions pre arrival and in the apartment. We WILL be back.

Fabulous Beachfront Apartment

We stayed one week in this apartment. The property is everything and more than the listing description. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels nice quality. Kitchen appliances and serve/cook ware very adequate including a large refrigerator and small dishwasher. Also, a newer washing machine and drying rack. Great for longer stays.The location is wonderful - right on the beach with only the boardwalk between you and the sea. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you are high enough for great views plus noise reduction during the day.You literally hear the gentle sound of the sea all the time - very relaxing.Surrounded by many restaurants and a flat boardwalk; larger grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Wir sind soweit sehr zufrieden und waren vom Ausblick und der Lage der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Auch die Kommunikation war ohne Probleme und sehr herzlich. Raúl ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub! Der private Pool, den wir in der Anlage genutzt haben war hervorragend! Auch die umliegenden Restaurants haben uns überzeugt sowie die Nähe zum Supermarkt war perfekt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene vistas a la playa y al paseo marítimo. Muy limpio y con excelente accesibilidad. Además está cerca de todos los servicios de Torrox Costa (supermercado, restaurantes...). Raúl, el propietario, ha sido muy amable y generoso, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Tolle Lage, Strandblick und grundsätzlich alles reibungslos. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten stören den Gesamteindruck: Duschschlauch im Gäste WC defekt, Kühlschranktür irgendwie geklebt und keine Kaffeemaschine... Sonst gut.

El apartamento es ideal para una estancia en familia, muy amplio, con una ubicación excelente y unas vistas inmejorables. La piscina estaba genial!!! Lo recomiendo 100%.

Schöne Tage

Wir haben schöne Tage in Torrox verbracht und wie unsere Vormieter schon schrieben, der Balkon mit Aus blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar und die Lage zum Strand und Mercadona super. Raul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wäre ggfs jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar mit Sparschäler und Salatschleuder!Ich bin körperlich eingeschränkt und deshalb war das Bad/Dusche etwas eng, trotzdem wollen wir gerne wiederkommen.

Ubicación y vistas fantásticas

Piso muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario , lo mejor las vistas mires por donde mires ves el mar. El entorno es acogedor lleno de restaurantes un lugar muy tranquilo para pasar vacaciones agradables, la playa no tardas ni dos minutos en llegar al agua.
