🐾 Perfect for Dogs & Peace of Mind for You! 🐾We are a highly dog-friendly home, featuring a fully secure, high-enclosed garden so you can let your pups play safely while you relax completely. Best of all, we are located just a short, 5-minute walk to a stunning beach that is completely dog-friendly all year round—meaning no seasonal summer bans to worry about! Please see our "House Rules" section below for our specific pet guidelines before sending a booking request.
The Beach House is a true home from home, offering everything you need for a relaxed seaside holiday. Complimentary drinks, snacks, tea, coffee and condiments are provided, including our own organic olive oil.
This stylish property features a spacious, enclosed garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing. Inside, there are two flat-screen TVs, plus plenty to keep the kids entertained, including an Xbox, Wii, board games and books.
Just a 5-minute walk brings you to a beautiful dog-friendly beach, complete with café, seating and nearby parking if you prefer to drive. A friendly local cinema is just around the corner, and the town centre is only a short walk or drive away. The Beck pub and restaurant is close by, along with Cedars bar offering sports and entertainment.
Mablethorpe is a family-friendly seaside town with Blue Flag beaches and traditional attractions including a funfair, golf and go-karting. Nearby highlights include the Seal Sanctuary and Donkey Sanctuary, while Skegness is just a 20-minute drive for larger attractions such as Fantasy Island. Sutton-on-Sea is also nearby, known for its charming beach huts, and a water park at Grange Leisure Park is just 5 minutes away.
The Beach House is ideal all year round. In winter, enjoy a warm and cosy stay with central heating and a wood burner, perfect after bracing walks along the beach. In summer, guests are welcome to enjoy the fruit, berries and herbs growing in the garden.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave the property clean and in good order. If bbq or burner used please clean. Extra cleaning will incur charge. Pets must be cleaned after.
Do not use wood burner unless highly experienced as it is large and very hot. If used in winter please clean after use.
Pets: one or 2 pets allowed. Not on furniture or beds, flea treated, clean up after. 10£ pet fee per dog. Discuss with the owner before the booking.

We have had a beach hut in Sutton on Sea for 7 years and have been travelling to Mablethorpe for many years before this. Our boys loved it as kids and now still enjoy holidays here. Our youngest is 19 and still loves to spend time here. We have now taken the plunge and bought a house, decorating it in the beach style we knew it would suit. There is something for everyone in the area and the locals are super friendly. We also are lucky to have a holiday home in Sax Alicante which you can also find on this website, should you fancy an overseas trip (country villa with pool and bar).
