Stunning Santa Rosa Sound Front Home; Bring Your Poles to Fish from the Pier!

This beautiful, Sound front home has four-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.

Enjoy the gorgeous views of Santa Rosa Sound and the spacious bonus room on the upper level. The main level of the home has an open layout of the living area, dining area and kitchen with access to the sound front deck. There are two bedrooms on the east side of the home – one with a queen bed and access to the deck and the other with a queen and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. The other two bedrooms are on the west side of the home – the master has a king bed, private bathroom and access to the deck. The other has three twin beds and utilizes the second hall bath. Go up the spiral staircase to the bonus room which has a twin over full bunk bed, half bath and comfy chairs to hang out.

The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks across the island. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a short distance from this wonderful home.

The Prefect Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to rest and this house was just perfect! We saw dolphins, manatees, blue crab, rock crab, sting rays, manna rays, pin fish by the hundreds, caught a lizard fish, several puffer fish, a cowfish and more!! It was spectacular!! In fact, we saw and caught these things right off our pier. (The dolphin tours often came to our area!) We had an easy trip to the beach but honestly spent most of our time on the sound! Sunrises and sunsets took our breath away! Anytime we wanted to swim, we just walked out the door and into the water. Our grandkids loved the shallow waters where they could swim and snorkel and catch fish and crab! Highly highly recommend this house in particular but paradise beach rentals have been so great to work with over the years. Friendly, helpful and attentive!!

House is great, right on the water, good location, close to local restaurants and bars. Knocked a star off for not having beach towels or other accessories. Seems like they use that as a monetization opportunity and want to rent to you. I’ve never stayed somewhere like that. Thankfully we had local friends and borrowed several things from them.

Great waterfront home with wonderful amenities. Very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk to dinner (about a mile) and just a 3 minute walk across street to beach. The dock is very nice and my boys loved fishing from it. Overall a very quiet street and a relaxing vacation spot. House is overall very comfortable, well laid out and kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. HighlyRecommend!

Family of 6 really enjoyed the property! We swam right off the shoreline and fished off the dock everyday! We hope to return again next year!

We stayed at this property for the second time for a week. Great location, great for large families. We had some fridge issues that was handled well by management bring extra coolers and ice if yiu lots of liquids

We had a wonderful time in this home! Everything was pretty much as described with a few exceptions! The master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress!! Overall though, it’s perfect for families. The bay was a big hit with us all. We would stay here again!! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are top notch!!!

Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.
