Community pool hours are 7 am - 10 pm. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult when in and around the pool or hot tub.
No smoking allowed inside the premises. Additional cleaning fee of $300 will apply if guest or any member of the guest's party smokes inside house.
Guests must be 25+ to book the property, and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 25

Awesomely cute house with lots of room to hang out! Beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Very clean and was stocked with necessities. Close to the beach just a short walk there. Host was quick to respond and answered all our questions promptly. Definitely recommending this place to others!!

Pensacola Purple Haze

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach. The house was exceptionally clean and so well equipped we didn't have to bring anything except our clothes. In just minutes we could be at the beach, the sound, the trolley stop or the coffee shop. The hosts were very responsive to our emails. This is a great place to stay!

The BEST Vacatiob

This rental is perfect. My immediate family of 10 stayed here. We had ages 8-61 and everyone had a blast. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach on this end of the island is not very crowded. Which we loved! The house was fully stocked with every thing you could need. It is probably the best stocked house I have ever stayed in. Plenty of beach gear in the garage to use. The house was clean upon arrival and Jennifer was so helpful. Book this house now!! I know we will be booking again!

My sister said this: Beautiful and perfect beach house! It was immaculate and very comfortable. I have never stayed at a rental with so many great accommodations. This house truly had everything you could need - chairs, beach towels, sand toys, bikes, beach bags. It’s an EXCELLENT, quiet location. We really enjoyed the very easy access to BOTH the gulf and sound side as well as the pool. And I second all of that! Fully stocked. In a quiet area. Will definitely be coming again!

Girls weekend

Booked this for my wife and her friends the following is her review: we had a great time. The house is beautiful. You have the option to go to the sound side to swim, boat, or fish. If you have kids the sound side is much safer for kids. Or just walk across the street to the beach. The place was beautiful. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House with great location right in between the bay & beach. We traveled with our parents & children and really appreciated all the extras touches for my toddler, baby gates, high chair & pack&play. The house is beautiful & comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with condiments, disposable plates/silverware, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans (we cooked & grilled the whole time we where there) and loved that the kitchen felt like my own with everything you'd need. The beds were comfortable & rooms where spacious & nicely decorated. We enjoyed the back patio, we did majority of our lunch & dinner meals there after the beach/pool, the firepit was a nice touch & the outdoor seating was plentiful. The garage has everything you can possibly need for the beach and pool, we were grateful for the beach chairs, toys, pool floats & most importantly the beach wagon to tote our stuff to the beach. We absolutely loved your home, cant wait to go back.

Paradise Found! The Perfect Vacation Home for Families and Friends – 10/10!

This home was everything we dreamed of for our Pensacola Beach getaway! The property is spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with coastal charm. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable, with the master suite’s private balcony and fireplace being a standout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the open-concept living area was bright and inviting. The outdoor spaces were incredible! We loved the front porch for morning coffee, the back porch with a TV and hot tub, and the fire pit for evenings. The host provided so many extras—beach chairs, towels, life jackets, bicycles, and even a crib and high chair for families. Thoughtful touches like puzzles, games, and extra blankets made it feel like home. The location is unbeatable, steps from the Gulf’s emerald waters and in a quiet, gated community. Though the community pool was under renovation, the beach access more than made up for it. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This is hands down the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for comfort, style, and convenience, this home has it all. We’re already planning our return trip!

This place has EVERYTHING!

Great house, great location, SO well-stocked! You literally just need to bring clothes and food. We have stayed in several beach rentals over the years and there is always something they are missing. NOT THIS ONE! They had plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, bicycles and towels for our whole family. Not to mention a kayak, hot tub and fire pit in the backyard! The inside of the house is just as well stocked as the outside. There are plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. as you would expect. But some well thought out extras too, like board games, cookware, and a baby gate for the stairs(godsend). The house itself is updated, spacious and has a nice layout. You can tell it has been renovated recently and the appliances are all brand new. It was super clean when we arrived and I can't think of anything I would change really. The location is awesome. Walking distance to the gulf and the sound. We saw some amazing wildlife...dolphins one day and some really playful sting rays the next. There is also a neighborhood pool which was really nice to have after being in the gulf. Plenty of food choices nearby and we enjoyed BadAss coffee each morning right down the street. All in all I would say that this house exceeded our expectations and we definitely plan to visit again next year.

We live locally in the Pensacola area, and I love the beach. Excited to share our beach house with guests and I love to make the guests feel at home!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because it is a gated community, with a wonderful community pool. It is on the more quiet end of the island, which makes the traffic and beach area a lot less congested. The neighborhood has a great community pier, with direct access to the Santa Rosa Sound. You can also easily access the Gulf of Mexico by walking right across the street! It's the best of both worlds to be able to enjoy either by just walking out the front door and a short walk to the water. There is also a trolley stop right outside the neighborhood, Memorial Day - Labor Day, which is a great way to get around the island.

What makes this property unique

Everyone who has stayed raves about how clean and welcoming it is. Most people have commented on how it really feels like a home away from home, and not just a rental property. This is something I definitely take pride in! We also have a beautiful outside area with a fire pit and hot tub, which sets the home apart from some others in the area. It's a great place to sit and unwind!
