Recently refurbished 2-bedroom apartment with separate secure access located below a Victorian mid-terrace house. It is centrally located and 5 minutes walk from Saltaire or Shipley Town centre and train station, 25 minutes by car from Leeds and Bradford Airport, 15 minutes by car or bus from Bradford city centre. Shipley has all the amenities of a town centre with the world heritage site of Saltaire.
This lovely Victorian mid-terrace house is located in the village of Saltaire, Bradford.

Saltaire is a UNESCO designated World Heritage Site incorporating the Victorian era Salts Mill and associated residential district. Salts Mill is no longer used for textile production, it is now occupied by an Art Gallery surrounded by a variety of shops, restaurants and local businesses. Located by the River Aire and Leeds and Liverpool Canal, guests can enjoy the many walks followed by coffee and cake in one of the many quality local cafes.

To the north across the River Aire, is Shipley Glen ( "glen" refers to the little valley beneath a ridge). It has long been a popular beauty spot, and in 1895 the Shipley Glen Tramway was built to carry visitors up to the top. The tramway has weathered periods of neglect and closure, but in 2012 it ran most weekends through the summer, staffed by volunteers.

The property is also a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales, Haworth- boasting the Bronte Parsonage and the Keighley Worth Valley Railway

As well as been an ideal location for a relaxing break we are also extremely popular with longer term stays due to the excellent transport links, local supermarket, restaurants and bars and close proximity to Leeds and Bradford.

The property has all mod cons, modern bathroom with walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen diner, downstairs WC and utility area, large living room space with corner suite and a work desk. The property includes a master bedroom with king size bed, a sizeable double room, a large attic sunroom with double bed and a single bedroom. Off street secure parking is available in the driveway at the rear of the property.

Really nice great location only two negatives, first I didn’t read properly it said sleeps two that all I read it was a late booking my mum not well I would expect a double bed , one not slept in a single bed since I was 10The second bedroom definitely told accommodate one , other thing was 6an wine up every morning by upstairs i’m guessing contractors which is fine just saying don’t expect a quiet morning the noise upstairs is beyond crazy!!
