What a fantastic review! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that the space was perfect for you – from the charming decor to the comfort and the prime location for exploring the city. This is exactly the experience we want for our guests! We look forward to welcoming you again soon for more unforgettable moments. ✨🏡🌍

Thank you for choosing our property and for the wonderful feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that the central location was perfect for your day trips and that you enjoyed exploring Leiria and the castle. Your note about parking near the stadium during events is very helpful for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back someday.

We are pleased that the situation was successfully resolved and that the guest enjoyed the stay. However, it is important to note that the difficulty mentioned was not related to the accommodation or to the service we provided as hosts. It resulted from VRBO's platform policies and limitations, specifically the automatic masking of contact details, which is entirely outside our control. Despite these platform limitations, we remained available throughout, responded promptly and personally intervened to ensure everything was resolved as smoothly as possible.

I am very grateful for the review and the great comments about our excellent location and amenities. About parking, we always send our guests information of the various options for parking at no cost and very close to the house. Because we are in a central area and with some movement we can not always park in front of the house, but almost always 😊 All the best

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful 5-star review! I'm very pleased to know that you found the accommodation clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for your stay. It's great to hear that the location met your expectations and that you appreciated the convenience it offered. All parking options are free and start very close to the house. Your kind words about my communication and flexibility mean a lot to me, and I’m happy to have contributed to making your stay enjoyable. It will be a pleasure to welcome you back if you visit Leiria in the future. Once again, thank you for choosing our property, and I look forward to hosting you again soon!

Esta foi a nossa primeira experiência na VRBO e não poderíamos estar maia felizes. Em primeiro lugar porque a estadia correu muito bem, e naturalmente pela excelente avaliação e amáveis comentários recebidos.
