A third floor apartment in a build with 4 floors and fourteen years old, elevator and private garage. Two complete bathrooms and a third without shower.Three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds, a dinner room with a fireplace and a Independent and complete kitchen.
The building is in a quiet local, with commercial spaces, restaurants, coffees, supermarket and a 5 minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes walk to the Castle.
Leiria, a city in the center of Portugal, is a favoured location to visit: Mosteiro da Batalha about 11 Km away; mosteiro de Alcobaça about 30 Km; convento de Cristo em Tomar a 40km away and Santuário de Fátima a 30 Km.
The city also stays close the atlantic coast with beautiful beaches as: S. Pedro de Moel (20km) and Nazaré (30Km) well known by the tradiconal fishing and recently by the big Mcnamara wave.
There are public buses in the city to all of these places.

Leiria

Great location in walking distance to almost everything in Leiria. The apartment was larger than we had expected so that was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce logement confortable et spacieux avec toutes les commodités autour. Bon emplacement. J'ai regretté qu'il y ait un problème d'eau chaude et le passage des éboueurs 2fois par nuit côté rue qui cependant n'ont pas gâché notre séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement car il est agréable. La vue sur le château est magnifique.

Nos encanto!!!

Es un apartamento espacioso, luminoso y cómodo. Esta cerca de muchos servicios, comercios y sitios con encanto. A pesar de ser una ciudad grande es tranquila y ofrece mucho a las familias. Esta limpio y tiene garage para el coche. Cosa muy a favor, considerando que los parking en Portugal son de pago. Nos fuimos muy satisfechos y con ganas de volver. Lo recomendamos ampliamente. El señor José, quien nos recibió, fue muy atento y nos mostró el apartamento.
