Spacious and beautiful ground floor house in a very quiet area of Sant Martí de Empúries.
With a magnificent private swimming pool, a luxury to dream of with this holiday home.
The house has a barbecue, a garden and a large terrace to spend pleasant evenings with family and friends.

With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala can surely offer a corner that suits the tastes of any bather. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Some are the starting point of channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or special interest in scuba diving, without forgetting unique characteristics such as bathing or sunbathing with more than two thousand years of Greek Moll history.
