Great stay. Steven was a fantastic host and check-in was very easy. Property was beautiful and very conveniently located. Check out the nearby Sunrise cafe for great coffee and breakfast.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was walkable to most areas we wanted to visit, and the place was adorably decorated with an awesome balcony. No complaints!
This property was clean and charming. Perfectly located for our needs. Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking nearby. Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect! My son and I just wanted a place that was close and convenient to the Riverwalk, museums etc and this place knocked it out of the park! Accommodations were great and the brochure provided all the info we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
This place is the perfect location, and was clean and quiet. Everything is near if you enjoy walking, or you can take the trolley. Steven was great. Highly recommend.
Check in process was very easy. Property was very clean with nice amenities; hardword, furniture and decorations. Owner was very communicative. Unit was stocked with all items needed for a stay. Easy walking distance to WWII and Confederate Museum.
Alligator Alley is as stated in the hosts description. Myself, and three others were very pleased with our accommodations and had a very enjoyable time. The backyard patio was our favorite area of the place. While the patio is small, the ambiance makes you forget where you are at, which makes it easy to decompress from a busy day of sightseeing.
Loved this place. It was the perfect size and location. Very clean and comfortable. Walked to the Superdome. Easy access to street cars that lead to beignets. 😂
The best place to stay for an authentic NO getaway!
If you are looking for a perfect New Orleans experience, look no further than this perfect one bedroom apartment in the heart of the warehouse district. Conveniently located 15 minutes from anywhere, this property was an ideal weekend getaway. The host clearly communicated everything along the way, and answered my questions promptly and professionally. I will definitely stay here again!
The place was very welcoming and the beds were comfortable. I slept with no issues. All needs we had were met. Mr. Eds and Susan's? Were close by restaurants and both were amazing food. And the location is perfect. It's a short walk to the cable car to cannel st. And straight to Bourbon Street.
I was worried about the location but it couldn’t have been more perfect! Located close to a trolley stop (download the Le Pass app for all your transportation needs) and the apartment was absolutely immaculate, bedding was SO comfortable (the fold out couch bed was comfortable) laundry downstairs, a water purifier! You couldn’t ask for a more secure, safe, quaint, comfortable place to stay!
The property was in an excellent location for a short walk to the main attractions of the city, close to ond of the sightseeing bus stops, and the St Charles streetcar. The property was much bigger than we expected, and although there is a very popular restaurant opposite, it was never too noisy. Parking was fine - always found something on the block. Very close to highway 90 and I-10 for getting out of the city.
My stay was great. However, it needed to be dusted, filter need to be changed to prevent allergic reaction and a better cook ware set. The energy in the location is very welcoming. Thank you for the great assembly of space.
My husband really enjoyed our stay at Alligator Alley. Everything was just perfect and exactly as listed. The host was very responsive and even provided little extras to make the stay feel like home. The neighborhood seemed safe and although they were doing construction on the cross street it did not affect our stay at all. Everything was easily within walking distance which was nice because then we didn’t have to worry about paying to park anywhere. We will definitely stay again if we return to NOLA.
Location of propety is excellent for walking to anywhere in NO. The French quarter is only a 20 minute walk, Magazine street is less and River Walk and Aquarium are about 15 - 20 minutes. Parking is on street but restuarant patrons across the street sometimes takes up near unit parking: however I was able to find parking within 1 or 2 minute walk to the unit. Overall this is an excellent unit. Would stay there again if I come back to town.
Place was great . Love the deck out front . Location was a great spot for what we had planned . We were more in the Garden District . We loved it in the area so much it’s where we spent most of our vacation. We ate local , drank local , visiting places in the area if never have found if not for the location of the house . When we did venture into French Courters & Bourbon St it was a simple Urber ride or the trolley. 4th time in New Orleans & we’ve found a spot to return to a 5 th time !!!
Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2024
