The 'Aves' apartment is a spacious and stylishly furnished 2-room apartment located on the top floor. With a total area of 65 m2, this apartment is perfect for a small family or group of friends.

One of the unique features of this apartment is its sloping ceilings, which add a touch of character to the space. The living/sleeping room, accessible via a spiral staircase, is particularly impressive with its rooflight panoramic window that offers amazing views of the countryside. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds (140 cm, length 190 cm), digital TV, and a flat screen.

The apartment also features a cozy double bedroom with sloping ceilings, perfect for a good night's sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, and a microwave. A dining table is also provided for guests to enjoy their meals.
